Always. In fact, I wash my hands longer than some people use the bathroom (I’m not sure if they’re washing their hands though ). |

| At work, yes, I'd rather not get fired. Elsewhere in public, I avoid using the bathroom (hate hate HATE public restrooms, but when I'm in one place for six hours, it's not like I've got a choice). At home, no, I don't feel like getting everything out of the sink, like the hair dryer, assorted combs, hairbrushes, razors, random scraps of paper... honestly, my mother's so worried about keeping the rest of the house clean, but the sink is just storage to her. =/ | |||

I always wash my hands after going to the bathroom. When I was younger...I didn't  but then I started learning about all those germs and bacteria and it got me thinking like damn, I should wash my hands after doing the dirty business. |

gamed00d, you must live in a town with a pretty lousy school then, because mine does have working sinks. However, one problem I do have with school sinks is the "spring taps" that twist backwards and shut off automatically as soon as you take your hand off the knob. Mine doesn't have that type, but some other ones I went to did. Sure, it does prevent vandalism, but it's kinda hard to get your hands properly clean.  (edited by asdf on 01-19-06 08:45 PM) |

| I used to never was my hands. Now I always do in public, because yeah... I realized that public bathrooms are GROSS. I don't wash my hands at home. In fact, I'll even run the water some times to make it seem like I'm washing my hands... but I'm not.

Every single bathroom I've used at university has taps. Taps = guaranteed hot water. 
However, I have run into motion-sensor sinks like Yoro described... and they spit out hard water. Water pounding down on your hands = not fun. |
