| For the record.
Following a decision made last night in order to deal with blackhole89's incompetence in running a server and total inability to make a decent config that allowed IRC Services to run on this network, his server was delinked from the network. Despite people thinking the statement was a joke, his server was in fact jupitered (this is the technical term for a server drop), then removed from the hub config. Quite comically, this had nothing to do with the TwilightRO issues, and had been planned by me and Emuz for a few days (since I was away from tRO when this decision was made).
