There is a funny movie on the internet called "Decline Of Video Gaming" (If you havn't seen it I can PM you the link) I think it's trying to prove(and make fun of) the fact that mario is going overboard in sports and other active stuff like that.

(LOL Mario accountancy, Mario sets the VCR and Mario does the weekly shopping)

It's official Mario basket ball (Mario 3-on-3) will be the newest mario sport game!

I wonder if they are going to have any "special" moves like the
"Fireball Freethrow" or "Luigi Lock-on" or something like that.
You know, something that makes the game totally unrelatable to
ACTUAL Basketball.

The only one that makes sense, of course - Basketball. For a character whose main special ability is jumping really high, it's taken a surprisingly long time to stick him in such an obvious sport.

There were a lot, and they ALL sucked. No exceptions.

In addition to Mario's FUNdamentals, there were exciting titles like "Mario Teaches Typing", "Mario's Fun With Numbers", "Mario's Preschool Fun", and a bunch of other edutainment titles. A number of them were ported to the NES and SNES as well.
