Anya....quit drinking?  I don't even know you and I've heard stories so that would be nothing short of a miracle. My goal this year is to just feel better about myself. Sounds stupid I know but it would help. |

First off, nowhere did Anya say she was going to quit drinking this year.  She said she would stop for the diet itself since it calls for no booze.
Anya doesn't drink everyday or anything like that but enjoys her drinks and, MOST of the time, does so in moderation.  How's that? |

| Well, it's the end of the fourth day of the New Year, and I've been behaving myself pretty good, so that's a start.
I haven't been drinking to excess or anything (minus y'know... the actual New Years stuff), I've been eating healthier and exercising more. No change or anything yet though, but then last time I didn't notice any change until about a month after I started, when I broke my diet and 10kg just fell off.  |

| Kind of just want to find myself. I'm not really sure where I'm going with my life. I'm confused about so many things, and I find myself too often persuing things I shouldn't be. I need to learn to just be Erika, and stop trying to live up to any assumed expectations..I just need to figure out who Erika is..that's what I'm hoping to do ._.;; |
