Clearly you put that in there for a reason.

I obviously don't not care about that fake crap I saw. I watch it for entertain myself and especially when I play WWE Video games.

Well here's a good match: Cena vs. Angle in a First Blood Match. Next week on RAW.

Odds of one of those guys going for a pinfall in the match... very high I'd think.

First blood matches rarely go off without a hitch. Best accident is when someone accidentally bleeds before the finish.

I was wondering how they supposed to bleed in a blood match without using a weapon now that's interesting. These type of matches are rare in a somewhat matter. Most of the time RAW gets the Blood Matches while SD had it once!

And I think Colin might be right! It might be a 7 and 7 = final match might take place at the Royal Rumble PPV. Last night's SD is very conclusive. Randy Orton the Subsitution of Booker T in that match was going to TAP OUT until Sharmell hits Benoit with a Weapon. In this case, Benoit still wins even though Sharmell is going to cheat. If it was Booker T, then it is the same.

Hopefully it's not a First Blood Barb Wire Cage match?

Seriously, that match at WCW Uncensored '99 (I think) was enough to convince me that WCW weren't trying even then. How they lasted another two years or so past that I have no idea.

Because Turner didn't mind losing all that money each year?

Seriously, guys were sitting at home doing nothing and getting SIX FIGURES for it! Talk about easy money.

To put it blaintly: Vince is screwing RAW. For starters: NO SWEET CHIN MUSIC FOR SHAWN. Second: the First Blood match. Why?

Vince... has issues. Issues with a lot of people, like the fans. He's basically using RAW as a way to take those issues out on everyone who's watching even if the references fly over their heads.

Hey, remember when HWA was a WWE developmental territory? I wish they still were, if they're going to be on the cable company's channel. For reals, this guy just clobbered Ben Kimera with one and blurted out "THE POWER OF THE WORD!" Uh, yeah. And that match (Foreign Intelligence vs. Kimera/Brian Jennings) just went to a double-countout. Did I mention it was a no-DQ match (no one could answer a 10-count) and there'll be a rematch next week, only a TLC match? Hooray indy wrestling?

Really, the big thing was a three-way with Lotus, Tack, and Crazy K where there were blown spots a-plenty. EXPLOIDAH! into the ropes? Whoops, not the plan, metinks.

Oh, and what the hell is this guy wearing?

(Fun fact: That show was taped November 15. Slightly delayed but I'm not in Ohio.)

Juventud Guerrera was released by WWE today. This comes as a complete shock to... well... Juvy himself and nobody else. He is quite the little handful backstage and he must have finally pissed the wrong person off.

My guess is he either goes back to Mexico or Japan now. He already managed to piss TNA off.

Okay, so this is MMA, but don't'cha think Rico or GOldust should've done this before a big match? I mean, Dustin Runnels volunteered to get implants to further the Goldust persona...

WWE Tag Team Championship Cage Match I finally saw it televised last night on SD and the rules of the match is a little bit strict. First of all what the hell MNM try to climb out of the cage for if escaping is not allowed in the match. My brother said that the cage is the weapon itself which you can't get disqualified of forfeit the match. Mark henry was killing poor Rey Mysterio and Batista with that damn cage door and he broke the lock like it was nothing.

I played dozens of WWE video games and I think they playing around with the cage match tag team rules in both Wrestlemaina 21 (X-box) and the WWE Gamecube series.

I tell you Batista was screwed out of a Tag Champioinship Match and I think Batista does not end up losing the World heavyweight title soon.

Just in case for those of you never watch SD before the news came on, read this spoiler

Spoiler:
Match 7 Randy Orton as Booker T. will face Chris Benoit at 1/13/06 for the U.S. Championship

Sometimes, wrestlers forget the rules. There was a match in WCW pitting Billy Kidman against Dean Malenko, where if you touched the mats around the ring, you lost. Malenko completely forgot that part, took a powder outside, and whoops, match over. There's also been people trying for pins in, say, first blood or Royal Rumble matches. Besides, sometimes, you do get to escape in cage matches. Faces tend to try to climb out, while heels go for the door.

That was the BEST MMA moment ever. The kiss, that is. Resulted in a disqualification BEFORE the match started, which doesn't happen too often.

That Kidman/Malenko match happened during Souled Out 2000, I think... that was the last PPV for the Benoit/Guerrero/Malenko/Saturn group.

And cage matches SHOULD be pinfall/submission only to begin with. Most of the time the escape rules hurt the match rather than help it.

Re: This week's ¡mpact!

(The following was chanted at the TV during Austin Aries/Alex Shelley/Roderick Strong vs. AJ Styles/Christopher Daniels/Chris Sabin.) THIS MATCH RULES! THIS MATCH RULES! THIS MATCH RULES!

Basically, one of the best trainwreck matches you'll see. A whole lot of really slick-looking double/triple-team attacks on both sides, non-stop offense, all sorts of creamy goodness. Yeah, if Ring of Honor wants me to go to their March whatever event in Woodbridge, book as many of these guys as humanly possible.

Oh, and the crowd shits all over Jarrett the MOMENT he comes out. Turns on the mic, and IMMEDIATELY showered by "BOOOOOORING" chants. Soon, I'm told we will hear "WRAP IT UP!", "WE WANT WRESTLING!" and "THIS IS LAME!". Geez, how can you get any more direct?

And nothing says badass like listening to Toby Keith.

EDIT: Seems they edited it enough to take out the REALLY bad chants. Oh, and James Storm in a chicken suit during your government-issue Pier 1 Imports 6 Brawl? Eight different kinds of awesome.

Oh, they edited the hell out of it. Apparently it would have killed TNA if they aired the whole thing.

Elimination Chamber result/spoiler...

Spoiler:
Final two were Cena and Carlito, Cena won.

Oh... but Edge decided to come out and finally cash his Money in the Bank title shot.

Spear, spear, new champion.

Lita? Edge? No one wants to watch you have sex in the ring during Raw.

Yes, they had advertised it. Not even Skinemax-worthy, and that was before the Most Fortuitous Ric Flair Run-In Ever.

If the ratings went up for that segment... I don't know what to think of the viewers. Mind-boggling.

I think Lita insinuating that she blew Vince was worse. *shudders*

As bad as how she purportedly, ahem, financed her time in Mexico?

EDIT: Not really a spoiler, as it's on the WWE's official site, but due to a torn tricep, Batista's vacating the World Heavyweight Championship at the Smackdown tapings. Battle royal tonight determines the new champ.

EDITER: And we have the winner of the battle royal. As you could see from the thread title, the new champ is none other than
Spoiler:
Kurt Angle.
No, really. He pulled it off. Dare I say it's a must-see?

Oh yeah, and
Spoiler:
Orton beat Benoit through Bookerference,
so
Spoiler:
Booker T is YOUR new US champ.

Lita was a ring girl in Mexico. That's all that needs to be said.

As for the spoiler...

Spoiler:
Total desperation move here. Obviously they didn't feel anyone else on the roster needed the belt... I'm not saying Angle's a bad champ but it makes no sense at all.
