I first made that like over a year ago and cleaned it up in july. In ImageReady, the animation runs just like in KOF 2000 but I dunno.

Okay I have re-done egadd to make him stay as still as possible and I made a Dr. Eggman GIF. I hope these are a little better.

It's not moving from its original position, and has depth to it through different moves. That's what makes this decent.

The same goes for this. ALthough I only had about 6 frames to play with, I still gave it some personality by adding an attack mode and attack speed to it, and to make it look like its decending on somehthing would take about 5 minutes of my time. Xk, make that GIFs for Noobies thread, please.

The problem is I cannot get them lined up right. That is my main problem I have been trying for a good hour to line them up correctly.

Dude, you need to play these frames through, and make sure that they're all lined up agaist the same point throughout all the frames.

The sidehopper still moves around some, but it looks like it's hopping down a sidewalk towards you. That might make a cool gif.
