Not much but I'll post my VG music collection as of now. Note this the main folder of my collection.
The combined folders size is over 20MB of VG music. The Chrono Trigger folder takes up the most space. |

| Tricky. I have more than one folder and more than one means of media. Are we going for MP3/OGG/WMA/that route...or are we really talking ALL FORMS of music that you may/may not have on your hard drive?
Eh...I'll just do both. Not going to get images off, but I'll put stats down: Files folder...humanahum: ../FILES/MP3/ - 13.7GB (didn't check the amount...but there's quite a bit) + ../Anime, J-Pop and Related/ - 6.08GB (anything particular related to Japan goes here...I should name it as such) + ../BPMAnalyze/ - 3.24MB (uh...SM related) + ../General Music/ - 3.42GB (anything you can call normal music that I'd hear on the radio in the states) + ../Talk-Comedy/ - 666MB (not quite music but...I'm sure people have this as well  )
+ ../VG Music/ 3.55GB (VG-based muzak) I'll also add: + ../FILES/download/ - 831MB (unsorted) + Stepmania Songs Folder (1500 or so songs) - 3.91GB (MP3, OGG, data whatever...goes to StepMania, which is a DDR program) I'd add my other DDR folder, but it's mostly data anyways and I think you get the picture... Anyways, now for the non-MP3-like files like SPC type formats (you know, code?) that run in Winamp and can be looped forever (most times, at least): ../FILES/othermus/ - 2.75 GB (but 32,150 files) + root directory - 316 MB (324 files, unsorted ITs, midis, and MP3s mostly from Bouche) + ../adlib/ - 8.88MB (388 files, adlib-based music) + ../GBS/ - 10.0MB (325 files, Gameboy-based music) + ../GSF/ - 60.2MB (3,859 files, GBA-based music) + ../GYM/ - 460MB (385 files, Genesis/Megadrive-based music, crappy format) + ../IT/ - 57.0MB (273 files, IT, S3M, XM etc. files...better than a midi no doubt) + ../MUS/ - 2.01MB (88 files, midi-like files based for DOS more than anything) + ../NSF/ - 62.1MB (3,211 files, Nintendo-based music) + ../PSF-PSF2/ - 576MB (2,610 files, PSX- and PS2-based music) + ../snd/ - 2.31MB (62 files, wtf...these are WAV files...Beavis and Butthead no doubt...lol, ignore this one) + ../SPC/ - 1.23GB (20,191 files, SNES-based music...truly my biggest folder) + ../USF/ - 20.6MB (379 files, N64-based music) + ../VGM/ - 452KB (67 files, Game Gear-based music) So there you go...my brain is shot now. Don't make me do that again. |

| On my Mac, I have my music in the default iTunes Location -- Music / iTunes Music.
In this folder there are 435 subfolders, totalling 8.29Gb of music. On the fileserver we have a larger share of Music, but I cannot tell you how much that is right now, I can't be arsed investigating the fileserver and it's supposed to be in synch with both my machine and my housemate's machine and probably isn't and therefore wildly inaccurate... 
iTunes reports "fileserver" as having 1784 songs, totalling 8.27Gb of music. iTunes reports my local machine as having 1794 songs, totalling 8.24Gb Additionally, my brother has 50 songs shared via his machine, totalling 284.3Mb. I like vg music too but I only download songs that I think sounds good. |

| I have maybe 100mb of metal and classic rock. I know, I'm boring. I'm not really a fan of pop, country, alternative or rap. Although I'll admit there are a few good songs from each of these genres.
