Is really annoying, I can't acess "http://www.hotmail.com" with IE6, while on my other PC I can. Anything that could be blocking it?
And FF wont open a damn page, not even Yahoo! or Google, I read the support article and tried many things but it still wont work. (Main reason I downloaded FF was to acess hotmail.com ) Help, I have an important E-Mail I need to respond to. Edit: Also, this problem didn't came now, it has been doing this for days... Edit2: Heh, I cannot acess Yahoo Mail either... And I urgently need to reply to an E-mail (edited by darkwitch on 02-15-07 08:19 AM) (edited by darkwitch on 02-15-07 08:39 AM) |

Is it possible that you might have a virus or some malware? I know i had some virus before that restricted me from going to specific websites...

I already did a virus/malware/spyware check and the anti virus found none. And I recently used a Windows Tune Up, it fixed the problem with IE not opening pages but FF and Opera still wont open any, plus Yahoo Messenger isn't working (atleast for me, it just wont log me in).

I would likely bet it's malware regardless, I haven't heard a confirmation that you have up-to-date virus defs in your scanner or what scanner you're even using.
If you have Internet Explorer, run HouseCall on it to make sure. |

mmm, I restarted windows (it was filled with crud already ) But I think that wasn't the best thing to do... The wireless button of the laptop isn't working and I don't have video/sound drivers, so I can't play roms D: .
Also, how do I change the text font I see on windows XP, the default one? Because the one it has is horrible. "The goggles they do nothing!!" (edited by darkwitch on 02-16-07 12:23 PM) |
