I tried the latest beta and It's very good. Very user Friendly, very simple.
Only flaws I could detect is that the ClipData descriptions can't always fit to their space. |

So, was it worth the 1 or 2 year wait? XD
And I don't mean to sound conceited but i'm really proud of myself for creating this. I might take a little break to chill, but probably not. Please posts are appreciated ! |

Hello people, its me again. I have some news updates on how you can make the gray doors work(clipdata 30) Some of you may have found this out already but if you replace any door with a gray door and then change the enemy set of the room to something like 36,(metroids) 33(little bugs) or any other enemy data that has been used as a gray door trigger it will work the same way in that room as it did in the original room.
By the way I think I made a mistake in my clipdat list. 50 and 51 are supposed to be TOP left and TOP right instead of bottom left and bottom right |

True that.
I had some issues with the Runtime errors. Subscript out of Range, Bad Record, all that. But really, this program is something that you definitely should be proud of. I love it very much and I really can't name anyone who wouldn't. Great job, Interdpth. Great work. |

Also my rather complicated layout for the starting room doesnt work properly because the scrolling is currently restricted to what the original game permits. When scroll editing and the ability to enlarge rooms is added i will think about creating a full hack. And interdpth may i suggest you implement another layer view that shows the clipdata numbers in the main view. |

If someone would be kind enough to a graphic thing for clipdata like SMILE has i'd put that in. But for now WYSIWYG
Next update Quicker Graphics - Tile animations. TSA editor. Finally Background, Maybe. I got some notes on it but yeah Scrolldata - I have it all figured out and stuff. But not quite sure how the game knows if this room has this scrolldata basically Rooms > Amount of scroll pointers There's not enough. I'll find out one day, soon! |

Hi everyone. Lately, out of boredom, I have been messing around with Crocomire and I have succeeded in making a WORKING Crocomire. I could have made it much better but I ran out of code space. If you want to give it a try just copy the name of your mzm rom to the save state (make sure you don't already have a save state number 9) and load it up. The codes should already be attatched to it so there is nothing to worry about. Tell me what you think.
By the way, great job Interdepth on the new editor! (edited by trunaur68 on 02-02-07 10:17 PM) |

I see no attachments, yet I am tempted to see the Crocomire fix.
Please try again. |

I can't believe I'm already starting to do my own little (VERY little) MZM hack
And blame me for asking this, but is there any way already to let the foreground disappear, if you get into a certain area, and let it appear again if you leave it? |

Something which Ive suddenly noticed is that each time an instance of the ZF is opened and then closed it leaves behind the process in the Task Manager.
And when closing that pops up with this error message before finally removing it from the Process list: "When closing it Run-time errro '340' Control array element '1' doesn't exists" Not sure if this is a problem with ZF or my computer so thought id mention it. Attached picture was my initial play around with the rom seeing whats what. (edited by NEONswift on 02-03-07 12:28 PM) |

Sweet job, Neon!
I absolutely love it. Reminds me, if you set the tileset values to very high, it will permanently screw your ROM. |

That's fixed as well.
Hopefully I can disect those codes write and be able to whip up an enemy editor, ya know? |

It can edit rooms. Just not advanced stuff. |
