For me, it only works if you don't include http:// or ftp://.
So when I want to connect to the site I use, I type myname.mysite.com, not http://myname.mysite.com or ftp://myname.mysite.com. |

Open SmartFTP. There's a bar at the top that has a space for address, login, password and port. In the address space put username.1111mb.com (where username is your username for your hosting account.). In the login space put your username for your hosting account, in password put your password for your hosting account and make sure the port is set to 21. Hit enter.
If it doesn't work you probably have the wrong username or password or the server is down. |

MORE HELP! I don't know how to make images show up on my site. Do I need to use PhotoBucket for that, or do I need to do something else then loading images to Photo Bucket?

Nah, you can just upload to your website and link properly to the images with <img src="http://image url here" />
