Hahaha, I misread your post. Damn I'm awesome sometimes.

By half a chance, I thought you ment that in a negative way. Now I just see that you ment it in a "eh, maybe" way. Rawr.

Seriously they rock though. Mine has all the tera-spells, and massively buffing Adel up with fire and the enemies down with fire makes some pretty damage appear.

Oh shit.

Well I might have to worry about that Empusa no longer then. That was the route I took with one in Disgaea but if the Magic Knights are really that much better in 2 then I may just give them a shot. They seriously didn't have much going on for them in the first game except the additional random spell they could throw in every so often in an attack.

Considering that the strongest class in the entire game is the last Magic Knight class, they are damned good.

Just make sure they get lovers, legendary items, and all the spells and you could get damage up to... well, on the back of the strategy guide it says 2113923391 points of damage with just Wind on one enemy.

That's a lot of damage.

Star Skull is 130 now and Adell is close to 100, so...

The best? Maybe...

The highest damaging? Hell yes.

To get that kind of damage, you have to debuff the enemy and buff the magic knight. So as you would imagine, without multiple magic knights, it takes like 3 rounds (Don't quote me on that, I haven't touched the game in a few days) to debuff/buff from 0 to min/max. So that's six rounds assuming you have one magic knight. On your seventh you'll get your attack in.

I think it's easier to buff Adel to full fire and debuff the enemies and just send Adel in to kick some ass.

Actually, for maximum damage, do that, plus get max attack bonus for not moving (which means you'll need Invincibility panels for your knight to deal damage). That can cause massive damage.

Also, now I'm really discovering the Item World. Now that I understand how the residents work, I'm going there a lot more now. Receiving better items as well to level up.

Forest Gump the tree dude is now about a level 250 Dreadnaught. I know that's nothing in the uber-late game (Land of Carnage and whatnot), but he works awesomely for what I'm doing right now. (I just unlocked the final tier of buyable items, so I'm buying the best stuff and leveling it up to find even more uber stuff and also to get the rest of the team up to speed. I am hurting for equipment right now.) He's pretty much the only character I ever use any more unless I'm running to an open exit (Tink) or I need a distance attacker. I'm sad that my Adamant Knights, Tank and Olaf, aren't very useful to me right now - I loved to use them as tower bases and to chuck wimpy characters out of the way after they did their one thing (like casting a spell) - but I'll just level up a few more Majin Armors and they should be back in business.

I do have other characters who could work well in the item worlds I've been doing, but they'd need a lot more healing. Forest Gump just plows on through. His HP, attack, defense, and 4 counterattacks are great enough as is, and then there's the incredibly useful 3x3 Rush Hour attack. Poisoning, which used to be a major pain in my ass, is pretty much not a concern (unless I'm getting cornholed and temporary loss of effective regen would kill me, but I've been able to make great progress without going through annoyingly difficult item world levels, so I just Gency out whenever I start to get pissed off). Admittedly, his movement is crap (and I chose to equip more high defense stuff instead of shoes), so sometimes he needs to be thrown somewhere, but I haven't had to do that in a while.

Well, getting Flonne was way too easy. I killed all four of the enemies on that battle using four characters. Two were throwing, one was buffing, and one was attacking. Laharl was getting hit with 20000+ damage with Fire. Not Mega or Giga, just Fire. Didn't get hit at all...

Anyway, Flonne is above 510 now, and Valen, Star Skull, is well past 300. Adell and Falkner, 2nd class of warrior, almost to 200. Rozalin and Tink 150. Everyone else under 100. Cave of Ordeals 4 is the best leveling map for me. 100% EXP with level 250 weak enemies = AWESOME EXP GAIN!

However, my weaker characters need their equipment upgraded. I was selling useless equipment today and noticed I had a lot of stronger weapons than I thought. I should level up some specialists and put them in the stronger weapons. Oh, and when you get the chance, increase the range of Adell's fists. That is hilarious when being bombarded with spears and countering them with ease.

I just got to CoO 4 the other day. I hadn't been able to beat 2 because I didn't have any strong range attacks with wide area of effect, but Forest Gump soloed it with ease by spamming Rush Hour. He soloed the next one as well. To my dismay, my equipment was just not up to snuff for 4. I couldn't wipe out all the enemies in one turn with an assortment of wide area attacks, and I got cornholed when they all Illusion'ed me. Now that I have far superior equipment, I'm going to give it another shot.

My fuel to get into this game was given a fill up after I heard that Priere and Marjoly were in it.

Adell's at 436 now. Nothing substantial yet, but I'm getting there.

TRIPUL

Well, got Flonne/Laharl fight out of the way. Now I just have two more of those to go. Got Laharl Adell at 507 with about 19000 ATK and Flonne at 500 (of course). At hour 53 as it stands.

That was a hell of an anime cutscene too.

Anyways, that just leaves a list of things to do for myself:

Extra Stage 01 - Fight Asagi [_]
Extra Stage 02 - Prism Rangers Return [x]
Extra Stage 03 - Fight Kurtis [_]
Extra Stage 04 - Fight Kurtis Clones [_]
Extra Stage 05 - Fight Vyers [x]
Extra Stage 06 - Fight Preire [_]
Extra Stage 07 - Fight Marjoly [_]
Extra Stage 08 - Flonne [x]
Extra Stage 09 - Laharl [1/2 parts complete]
Extra Stage 10 - Fight Laharl Again [_]
Extra Stage 11 - Fight Lord Zetta [_]
Extra Stage 12 - Fight Baal [_]

Extra Stages 1-5 are easy. Haven't done the others except for Flonne. Even that was easy. Fighting Laharl in Episode 1 was easy as well, even though I used only my Star Skull with Rozalin's Kneel Before Me backing him up. No damage done whatsoever to me.

Etna was also at my mercy. She only killed three of my characters before Adell caused 30000 damage in one hit. Hahaha.

Level 537 Star Skull, level 465-ish Adell (with only one reincarnation). Fighter at around 325. Rest are under 300.

Can't wait until I beat the hell out of Prinny Baal.

STEAL. MAJORLY'S. STUFF. They are a one-time shot.

EDIT: Scratch those levels. CoO 4 with Stronger Enemy proposals is win. Adell at 515, Star Skull at 566, Warrior at 367, Rozalin 229.

I'm looking for more legendary awesomeness to level up, and I'm also working on my treasure map collection. I need more legendary Infernal Armors because I only have one, and I've gotten to points where 200K defense just doesn't cut it. (Like deep within a Satan's Motor when one floor was the difference between taking zero damage and having half of Forest Gump's HP taken out in one combo.) At least Forest Gump was enough to one-shot Laharl. (Yay yay 300K attack.) I was amused.

I'm finally getting some of the others up to speed. With new weaponry and some of my leftover ordinary Infernal Armors, Adell and Formaldehyde (male warrior with all his weapon mastery in swords) can actually help me out in the item worlds to some extent. Hooray for spamming 3x3 attacks.

Oh crap, Ryd. You're almost up to the point where I was at in Disgaea...

Doing thousand-kay damage and healing the same with character that had millions of HP. Prinny Baal was not amused.

That was my 170 hour save.

Too bad my stuff's not up to there yet.

[mild bump]

Got some progress in on a day off.

Up to 57 hours with Asagi and Fake Kurtis taken care of and added in the Bad End.

I just wish I had as much time as I used to...

Character Updates:

Adell - Level 694 with Legendary God's Fist equipped (will level it up to 99 later to get the next weapon)
Laharl - Level 1017 with a Legendary Sunrise Sword equipped. Does well, but my fighter hundreds of levels lower can outdamage him.
Valen (Star Skull) - Level 779 with Infernal Staff equipped. First person to do 10K damage to one enemy.
Falkner (Warrior) - Level 581 with Legendary Excalibur and Felicitation equipped. Dishes out massive damage.
Flonne - Level 542. Nothing really changed...
Rozalin - Level 344. Now with Megiddo Cannon action!
Tink - Level 284. Great in the Item World as he has two Accelerators equipped. Also helpful in CoO 4 to weaken the front row for others to level up.
Madeline (Acolyte) - Level 298. Getting better with the bow, although healing skills are lacking... a lot.
Lisa (Rogue) - Level 315 with Legendary Sunrise Sword and Sword Scroll equipped. A lot easier to level up now thanks to the scroll.
Yukimaru - Level 244. I have to level up her equipment, but otherwise can move pretty far.
Barx (Tree Folk) - Level 273. Now with a Satan's Motor and two Goddess Dresses equipped, is pretty powerful. Can almost do CoO 4 in one hit.
Christiana (Magic Knight) - Level 112. Starting to get better.
Duke of Def (Heavy Knight) - Level 99. Will be awesome once he gets up to the higher levels. Has a Beam Axe equipped.

Everyone else is below level 100 and not worth mentioning for reasons. Well, considering one Level 1 in my group was just made for unlocking one of the Dark World stages...

And I've just realized the importance of felonies and reincarnating. A +1% exp gain for each felony up to 300 felonies, making it 300% gain? Hell yes. It wouldn't take as long to level up to 1000 once that gets going.
However, I don't like the fact my characters have to go back to Prinnies. Then again, that's what the Mana Potions are for... if I didn't sell them all!

I've been lazy. (And distracted by other games.) Last I checked, Forest Gump was level 4000something (I was grinding Land of Carnage CoO4 with a bunch of stronger enemy bills passed), up to 900K attack, 1 million defense with all his stuff (level 80 Satan's Motor, one pretty high-level legendary Infernal Armor and two max-level rare Infernal Armors). I have another legendary Infernal Armor and Satan's Motor and a legendary Excalibur, and I haven't touched any of them yet. I either have to acquire a level 9999 neko or just keep leveling up Forest so I can go steal level 40's. I think leveling Forest would be the better use of my time because I want to capture a doubled-stat Uber Dreadnaught at some point, and I'll need hella horsepower to subdue him.

EDIT: I've gotten some decent nekos, and have also unlocked every Skull tier. (adding more content)
