The Mario Kart 64 maps are so simple, you might as well just recreate them in Hammer. It would take a couple weeks for the architecture, but you'd need someone to do some texture work for you.
Also it should be said that if it is actually possible to do what you want, it'd be so much work that it'd hardly be worth it. Just use hammer and do it yourself. |

I'm very experienced with Valve Hammer Editor...I was a map maker for Counter Strike/DoD for 4 years(And made some pretty awesome maps), but I am now retired.
The coordination system of VHE is pretty hard to understand as it is, so you would need to be very familiar with its file format before converting anything. I would be alot easier to just recreate them. As for textures, I do believe that there is a PJ64 plugin that rips textures from games, so you could use that to pull them all out. Run them all at once through any WAD making program and you will have all the textures. Good luck! |

Going off into Hammer world, but I don't think it uses .wads anymore, for Source at least. I think it uses something else, I might be wrong though. | |||

But honestly? Remaking it from scratch would probably be the best way. |
