I don't know if this would help, but you can give it a try: clicky. I think you missed it when peter_ac created a course through it all. You should have a look, I guess...

Good to see the ExGFX Workshop is healthy. =D
Maybe by the end of the month I'll start making sets again, namely because I'm getting a Windows laptop. :P
If you don't know who I am, look at the bio in my profile.

Concerning the bad profile links: I'm not really following all the name changes so I could only update 5 profiles. They are:
Juggling Joker
Kirby all the way *
Techokami (used to be KT15X)
cpubasic13
Blackhole89

Could all other authors please post here so I can get the names and profiles right? Don't forget to mention your old name though.

* KATW: Do you wish to be named "Kirby all the way" or just "KATW" on the ExGFX Workshop?

Off topic: Wow I'm finally doing something for the ExGFX Workshop again, after a loooong time.

Forte.EXE: same as the other board. MY userid on this board is 138.

Now... I have a BG request folks... but before I give out the image... this background doesn't come from any of the Official Metroid Games, even through the graphics are somewhat simular... they came from a fan made game called ORN. Here's the link for better information.

http://www.cs.rit.edu/~tjh8300/Orn/

Now then... the BG image in the fan-game contained three layers: BG1, BG2, BG3. I just edited it with MSPaint so it appears on one BG layer once it's placed into a SMW hack. It goes along a theme of underground, with lava in the background, which is why there's a strip of orange in the image... OK I'm going on too much, here's the image.

It can also be used with that HD thing, with the different BG layers scrolling at different rates.

I've done some work on a new ExGFX set on the Windows computer (which, I must add, has restricted use time) and it's comming along nicely. As a hinty about what it is... well let's just say everyone has been wanting one since the dawn of time... well the PHP-based Workshop's time anyway ;D

The workshop is temporary unavailable, story in a nutshell: I couldn't upload the update because of some error ("Disc is full." ), so I deleted the old functions.php and tried uploading the new one. Well. Tough luck, doesn't work.
Anyway, I've already freed some webspace and I can still not upload it, but it shouldn't be a big problem. So err, stay tuned.

Hehehe... I have been doing a little work with some custom ExGFX designs of my own...

I dunno what it is. I think a beach ruin tileset... but since those are pretty much all that I have so far, I can't decide what to call it yet. Need to build upon it. Suggestions?

I told you, I have the ability to mirror the Workshop. Talk to me on MSN so I can get to mirroring the files.

I had a tileset in the works. Well, a rip from Kirby SuperStar. I forget what happened to it, but I should try and see if I can get back to working on it.

If you want a Windows tileset, however, what OS would it be? XP? 2000? 98? You know, something like that...

sorry for the late reply but i did like XP

Windows Classic? Alright! That would be an excellent tileset. A background to go with it?

If there is no background, I could try making one...

EDIT: Forgot to add something...

A little more of an update...

Won't really be needed. The background will come with the foreground (foreground is windows, background is icons/desktop)

Genius. Just genius. Hehehe...

Forte.EXE: I just got an idea for a palette change for it. Make it a bit purple for a night scene. That would be awesome! However, that will be a side palette for it. I might add in three palettes for that one tileset...

I think maybe I should get around to releasing all those frugging sets I've been working on.

The Graveyard, Lego, Almost-Futuristic, and one more I'm forgetting sets are just begging to be released. Maybe I should, ya know, repost some screenshots so everyone who forgot what the sets look like can have a gander.

Edit: Maybe I'll make them a Christmas gift... only in June like my last "Christmas" gift.
