Hello all.
I would like to be approved for the SMW/Pokémon Hacking boards (mostly the Mario one). I may be a newcomer at this board, but don't think, 'just another noob' because of that. I have lots of experience at other forums, such as Nintendo NSider forums, Quest For Freedom forums and Samus.co.uk forums. I've been at the NSider forums for almost a year now and the people I know there recognize me as an intelligent member of the community. Though, I'm not just a serious person 24/7  I joke around with my friends there too.
I'm interested in hacking because it allows me to make video games my way. I play a game sometimes and think, "Wouldn't it have been cool if..." and then I think about how I would have done something. By hacking, I can fulfill those ideas and create something that, at the very least, I'll enjoy playing. I have one SMW hack in progress and a (cancelled) Super Metroid hack too. I'd like to be able to learn more about how to hack SMW and eventually create a totally unique hack of my own. Right now, my hack is just a basic level re-vamp. | It helps if you have an appropriate background color, seeing as there are several different board layouts to choose from, and not all of them work with every color.
That said, your post looks promising. I look forward to seeing what you bring to the community. |
