Maya broke Bel's tentecle like hand, it simply shattered, then her movements were beyond the eye. She stopped and a very powerful wave of enregy circled all the way around Bel and closed in, meant to stop all movements from him, or if he struggled, break the link between his mind and body. Time Elemental: "You... should really treat your allies better..." Mel: "You should've frozen him in time. If you touch me again Bel, I will unleash my full power, and you don't want that." Grey: "I'll explain!" He pops up from out of nowhere with a white lab coat and a large projector screen, a considerable touch-up from his earlier use of easels and badly drawn stick figures. This one's got CGI! "Check this out: You're only gonna get to the new building if you take a shuttle that's been placed at the roof of the old building. It makes stops every three days, even though the trip only lasts about seventeen seconds. Why?" He clicks a small button, which switches the current image from a longshot of the ruined building to a closeup of the shuttle pilot, a tall, skinny fellow with a bottle of rum in his hand, a baseball cap, and a goatee. If he had an angry face on, he'd be much more recognizeable. A golden feeling emitted from him subconsciously. "Because this guy's lazy, drunk, and barely active. I think it's all the rampant sex in his outside life. In any case, once every three days. And the next shuttle is due to arrive in....." He checked his watch. "Four hours. THERE ARE TOO OPTIONS FOR YOU. Either stay here and become the new masters of a dead, abandoned building (which I'd suggest you not do, for various reasons), or come to the golden new world of happiness and cream soda. Also, objectivity. And nonopressive authority. And equal opportunity." Nearly forgetting himself, Grey remembers the other part of the deal... "Ah, right, no teleporting. You do that, you're probably gonna kill yourself. The corrupted data around the building and the dead mySQL core means that teleporting around anywhere outside the SB and SF areas will probably get you a broken link, resulting in a dead end. And by dead, I mean dead. Elevators are broken, too. Have fun." |

| Bel: No teleporting. Wow, that´s really great! But I can always fly through walls. And we used the elevator a little while ago.
Bel crossed his arms and turned to Maya. Bel: I only touch you if you don´t release me from this energy circle. Hm, now when I think of, teleporting can only hurt me if I do it myself. What if I teleport YOU somewhere and hope it´s a dead end? |

He gestured towards the ceiling and around the room. "Plus, look at this place. Considering its size, I don't think even YOU can survive being crushed by its mass, if you DO damage the structural integrity of the building enough to cause it to collapse. Oh, and..." He glances at his watch again. "Three hours, fifty-five minutes." |

Whoever it may concern: I've stopped time and Maya called her friend Luke to gives us an instant ride home. We would've asked if you wanted to come, but Luke said it would just spoil the fun. I've made it so you can't stop time in this building anymore, and the clock is ticking. Time Elemental P.S. 56 minutes before the ship takes off, and also... Don't try to go through the windows, the physics have been so distorted, that gravity can vary between 1000x normal, or .0000001x normal. |

| I don't know Luke very much and haven't had the time to gauge him properly so I can't really answer that.
On the other hand, if you look closely at my feet you'd notice that I couldn't care less about gravity. Kawa's floating a small distance above ground. Hardly noticable but it sure helps in masking out his immense weight. There's so much technology in his dense body (let's not speak of a dense mind) that any floor would collapse if he weren't subconsciously floating... Now where's the nearest window... |

| Okay then... Going up!
Kawa tries to fly upwards, but after a few meters he slows down and a nasty creaking sound is heard. Straining, he manages to overcome the sudden increase in gravitational pull, continues going up... and loses an arm in the process. It lands on the ground with a sickening metallic clank and compresses flat. Oh dear. By the time I reach the top floor, I'd be out of limbs. But that's okay. A sheen appears on Kawa's sleeve and already, a new arm is seen growing... wouldn't be a pretty sight if there was no sleeve to hide it. |

| Grey palmed his forehead and sighed, snapping his fingers with his other hand.
Grey: "Luke's way too much for you, Bel." As the signature godlike-power gesture completed, a large, mechanical hand popped out of the window of the floor that Kawa had just passed by, grabbing him and pulling him back inside. "And Kawa, the building has an idiot-proof anti-falling system. It's to make sure nobody hits the moat of gray paint at the bottom. Nothing goes down, but at the same time, they're rigged so that nothing goes up either. I suppose if you really wanted to, you could figure some way out of the hands or disable them, but it'd be much easier to just take the stairs. Look!" He points to a huge sign that says "STAIRS THIS WAY! INDESTRUCTIBLE, UNSTOPPABLE! TAKE THEM AS THEY COME!". It has a small arrow below the invasively large text, and a staircase is seen further off in the distance, with flowers and candy and happy music playing all around. And chocolate cake. Grey snapped his fingers, and mechanical, badly-disguised NPC bots appeared that looked kinda like Yoronosuku when you tilted your head to the side. He couldn't quite tell, it had been some time since he had seen her. But that wasn't important, the important part was that they were THERE! "Stairs!" |
