Yeah you have a point in that case , but enough about f-zero here comes an serious favorite soundtarck of mine: Guilty Gear XX#Reload Now that soundtrack rocks I actually think that this is one of the few games that i accutally like allmost every single song on it and "holy orders?" is the best messed up remix ever.

Edit: If you can't realise it my first comment was meant towards Alastor.

Alastor, I like like techno too, and you are right. After reading your comment, I played the game again and found two tracks i did actually like Lightning, and Aeropolis, both right next to eachother in novice mode. I still think that mute city got busted up a little when they techno remixed it.

PS next time ill be sure to refresh my memory of things before i post. sorry about that.

I somewhat agree with Tanks. GX's music is soooo booooring and the level design is incredibly frustrating. (Blind 90+° turns and 30 cars squeezing through a 3-car-wide gap with a pole in the middle just isn't fun.) X is one of the best games I ever played, and come to think of it, its music is probably just as good as (or better than) the Sonic Adventure series. (The original F-Zero is fun too, and has damn good music for a SNES game.)

Yeah, Mute City kind-of sucks, and sounds of Mute City kind-of is worse. The old Big Blue is very much intact as Sounds of Big Blue.

Also, only those two? What about Sand Ocean, Outer Space, Big Blue, Green Plant, Port Town, and Phantom Road? And Red Canyon. Sure, Mute City, Casino Palace, and Cosmo Terminal aren't very good, but...

Although F-Zero GX has an absolutely amazing sound track, it does not make up for the disturbing lack of Tetrisphere in this topic.

I only played it for about 10 min. today so i really didn't play all the levels but from what i remember, Port town and big blue are pretty good.

I said Tetrisphere was one of my top three.

I don't remember much about F-Zero GX's soundtrack since I never finished the game, but what I do remember about it was that it definitely wasn't all that bad. I can vouch for the Casino Palace theme being awful, though.

Those I would consider my personal favorites.

I like the rest of the songs on that soundtrack but not as much as the ones I just mentioned above.

Yes, the DKC series has a superb soundtrack. I personally enjoy tracks Primal Rave, Flight of the Zinger, and Disco Train (jungle, beehive, rollercoasters) as well as every other track in the DKC series. Hell, I'm a Donk-a-holic

DKC had one of the best sound tracks of any game on the SNES or anywhere else, for that matter. I can't believe that slipped my mind. DKC1's intro movie with pwning Cranky was some great music.

I cannot believe that no one has said Mega Man 2. Because it is the best music ever.

Especially when played rock-style at a concert.

F-zero (snes) still beats it with its music though. But the DKC1 theme is awesome.

The Pokemon soundtracks would be on my list somewhere, but as for my ultimate top pick, it has to go to Tokimeki Memorial or Live-a-Live (two Japan-only games). Live-A-Live was just so...creative.
