| You open Command Promt (On Windows XP it's Start > All programs > Accessories >Command Prompt).
Now, type in the names of the folders to get to the directory of RLM, and make sure the rom you want to unlock is in that directory. Now, type in "RLM.exe[space]Mario.smc[space]MarioUnlocked.smc", or whatever your rom name.smc and output are as desired. Make it so there is no space in the filenames. |
