So... I figured that my old Smallhacker design wasn't very up to date, so I decided to update it. Here's the result:

| I'd lose the five-o-clock shadow--even though it's true to life, it doesn't look that good when translated to cartoon form.
Other than that, good job. I see your new design has better shading, as well. |
