Aaaarrrggghhh! When I click on either My Computer, Windows Explorer, Control Pannel, Network places, or anything of that sort, It gives me a "windows explorer error" send report thing. When i click dont send, it reloads my desktop and still wont let me in! I cant use files! I already tried virus scanning, reboot, reinstall windows, everthing, but it still don't work! Someone please help!!!!

Your best bet is to take tthat computer to a repair shop you'd need to backup your files using a second PC, and then repartition that drive at least.. that's nasty, I've never had that happen to me.

Which version of Windows are you using? Have you got an automated system recovery disk? If you've reinstalled Windows and still have the same problem, then it's likely that you have a virus. Try starting from a Windows startup disk and run the command "Fdisk /mbr" and then go into Safe Mode. Run an up-to-date virus scan.

If that doesn't work, you may want to either try running a virus scan outside of Windows or backing up important files and low-level formatting your hard drive. If you choose to do the latter, be sure to scan the CDs/DVDs before copying any of the files back to your drive.
