Actually, the Mafia members could've killed off one of their own to try and guarantee that one of them would seem like a simple, innocent townsperson. It's happened in a few (IRL) Mafia games I've played.

Oh, Ramon's DEFINITELY innocent. At this point, Cpubasic, fabio, NSNick, Magikoopa Myster, and Koneko are the possible Mafioso. Note that I put Cpubasic's name there despite his claims to have no been around at the time. Yeah, those claims are kind-of impossible to believe when you posted right before the shooting. All things considered, my next guess will be Cpubasic.

I'd say my compliance with Kyouji proves rather well that I'm not Mafia. The sheriff also obviously wasn't too suspicious either, since he asked about fabio and not me.

So that leaves cpubasic, Magikoopa, and Koneko. And since I pretty much trust Kyouji unconditionally, my accusation will also be cpubasic.
