| There's this kid, this dumb 14 year old girl who lives down the road from me. I know her, because she's my mates little sisters frind, and whenever I go round there to see him, them two are always there. Now she came up to me a few months ago and asked me to give her £20 to pay for some new trainers, and I was like I don't really know you, go away.
Fine. Done. Except......she keeps comming up asking me for money, making a big scene with her friends saying "Where's my money, I thought you was getting me money? You got money to buy those new creps (trainers) but you can't even give me my £20?" etc. etc. It was funny the first few times.....now it's just sad. However, the last two times I've seen her, shes thrown stuff at me. Stuff like bricks and bottles. Now I'm not about to take that from that brat, so the last time I chased her and caught her and said, ya know, what do you think you're playing at and so forth. !!!! But she decided to scream and scream saying "Get off ME! Help! Police!" so I let her go. She then turns to me and says "I could get you locked up you know, easily," and walks off. I'll be honest that scared me, because even if she made accusations, and then they found out she was lying, people wouldn't care. My name would be mud. And the worst thing is, she has a big family. Very big. They wouldn't listen to me if I tried to talk to them, I'd just get stabbed/beaten up. Badly. And they're the type of family that know people as well, and if something big was made up out of it, even if she was found wrong, they'd still hate me for it. My life wouldn't be worth a penny. And NO I cannot go to the police. Like I said, you don't mess with their family. |

Bad way to approach a teenage brat. Very bad. It's too late now, but I would've suggested "playing ninja" and trying to dodge the stuff she throws at you. She'll enjoy herself if she's stupid enough. Either that or she'll think you're a loony and leave. Or... she'll walk up and blap you one for being so dumb. 
But chasing her and grabbing her? That's seriously messed up. I don't blame you for being mad, but gyash. |

| I dunno, it's possible that yes, she might like you and it's coming out in VERY weird ways. But if she's throwing around the kinds of threats she is, I'd be discussing this with her parent or something at some point. Not sure how to go about doing that either, but it might cover you if she does start throwing around wild accusations later down the track. | |||

She might like you, but I don't think I've seen anything that weird. Worst I've ever seen is mild stalker tendencies. Maybe you ought to try telling her that you earned your money and she should do the same, that or tell her to ask her family for it. If those fail and ignoring her doesn't work, I'd talk to your family about it and hers. I'd mention to her family the throwing things bit. If her family's really that big, such agression might wind up with her hurting someone and casting a negative light on them. Children are viewed as slightly less inhibited versions of their parents in many places. |

| If this girl is harassing you at a friends house, tell the friend's parents and then they'll probably go to the family and say to your friends sister that she's not welcome in their house anymore, and you'll be through with her. That may not work, but it's worth a shot. Also, going ot the cops if she was throwing bricks at you may not do you any good unless you have proof.
If her family is so big, why don't they give her money for new stuff? From the way it sounded, it seems like she may grow up into a slut or whore with her "Where's my money? I ain't leaving until I get my money." Just to be truthful, I laughed at some of those things. The fact that anyone is willing to throw bricks at someone because they didn't give them money that they don't have is quite funny to me. Seriously though, you should avoid her. She sounds dangerous. |

It's like getting your (and everyone elses) taxes back at once (plus some). you'll obviously win the case with video evidence proving their negligent action. Remember, (In the US at least) professionals are held to a higher standard in court, and police officers are professional law enforcement.... after that, go back and file the reports again. They're idiots if they want to lose the same lawsuit against. plus you get some easy $$$. I say who cares if someone hates you. my name has been dragged through the mud more than I can remember -- thats why Im not going to live here forever. Its a little thing called moving that you can do after you finish school (or even before in many situations) |
