I downloaded and followed the snes staion instructions for an unmodded PS2. I burned the disk (don't have an action replay yet though, so I can't test it.) I have a few questions about this:
1. I tried to play the roms I'd burned to it on Snes9x (windows) but they were corrupted. Is this supposed to happen? 2. Is it compatible with PAL games? 3. How good is the speed/graphics/sound/controls? 4. I read something about it not being able to load roms correctly without a program http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SNES-Station "Snes Station seems to have a problem reading Roms unless it is booted from an application known as MC Loader. It also only has support for Roms streamed from CD." (Is MC loader included in the media player thing in the newest Action Replay Max?) Does this apply to the newest version 0.2.3 WIP? If so, how do you use it? 5. What is the cheapest action replay type device I can buy (At a store like EBGames; not on the internet) that lets you load CDs and will work to let me load the SNES Station? 6. Is there a game compatability list; or how much % compatible is it? 7. In regard to the previous question, can it play: Donkey Kong Country DKC2 DKC3 SMAS+SMW Super Mario Kart Yoshi's Island Hacked SMW games Thanks! (edited by cory21391 on 07-05-06 03:56 PM) |
