Ah yes. I'm excited for tomorrow. I'm going to my Aunt's house where fireworks are allowed, with a good friend of mine, and we'll light off fireworks all night. My cousin brings the illegals, and we bring the legals. It will be very very fun.

I want to steal that Pyro Pete.

Ah, good ol' fourth of july.. The one day of the year we're allowed to blow stuff up without getting yelled at. Fun indeed.

That Pyro Pete one will alarm the police because they´ll think it´s bomb that went off.

I´d love to have that much fireworks.

Clearly you've never spend the 4th in the US. Trust me, this entire week, random explosions and gunfire into the air are normal if not expected. The police have much better things to do than checking out explosions on the 4th of July. Besides, they're going to be buzy dealing with people who end up setting their properties on fire.

PS: I live in the middle of the forest, over 10 miles from the nearest police presence anyway.

Meh...

We get the little sparkly ones that dont really have a chance of lighting anything on fire...

So exactly how much powder is in that rocket?

At this exact moment? None. I need to set it up on my own and I haven't gotten around to it yet. That rocket isn't actually supposed to launch, I need to modify it to make it work the way I want.

Fireworks down at the river (for Canada Day) were good enough for me, especially since I could see them by simply walking across the street and looking up.

The fireworks were quite high this year so it was a good view.

I haven't planned anything or picked up any fireworks. My bro and sis are leaving for home tomorrow.

I did pick up a bottle of jagermeister and a bottle of barenjager. I was at the liquor store getting beer for the family get together we had the other day and I wasn't gonna get anything else. Then I saw barenjager and since it's hard to find around here I impulse bought it. Then I had to get the jagermeister too because I've never had a killer bee and I'm a sucker for layered shots.

I'll probably save those for my birthday later this month though. The Fourth should be properly celebrated with beer and fire, not liquor.

Sadly, I think most of my people will be out of town or working, but I might grill out and blow a few things up anyway.

I know that beer is a type of alcoholic drink, but I was under the impression that liquor was a catch-all term for alcoholic drink. What is the difference there?

Every year for the Fourth of July, we go out to the beach and set off fireworks. Not only do we get to blow up sandcastles, but afterwards we get to watch two gigantic fireworks shows at the same time. Whee!!

Around here liquor pretty much means HARD liquor. Beer is in a separate category due to its low alcohol content.

In the town in which my university is located, hard liquor can't be sold by the package but beer can be. They've recently passed a law that allows restaurants (yes, prepared food sales are the key requirement) to sell liquor by the drink. It still can't be sold by the package.

Summer mosts best picture.

Let me get this straight.
Your going to fill a 2.5ft container full of gunpowder, and set it off into a giant fireball explosion in a forest!?

bass: Just 10 miles? I mean, I'm trying to think of where Salem is, but I'd be surprised if it was just 10. And where'd you get those? One of the Phantom stands that're all over the place around here? Target only had sparklers and... whatever the hell those things are that just sit on the ground and shoot sparks up. Can a brotha get some bottle rockets?

EDIT: Found it. Yeah, you pretty much ARE in the middle of nowhere. Couldn't even be bothered to finish the highway.

This post also applies to me. Except switch river with city square, and "walking across the street and looking up" with "walking outside and looking left".

And on another note, wtf at the second to last image?

It's best not to explain such things.

If we don't hear from ||bass after the Fourth for a while, then we can worry.

Nope... but the liquor stores are like 10 feet over from the city limits.

I don't know what I'm going to put into it yet, I'm going to see what I can do with it. I'm going to see if I can get some guncotton and interpack it with solidox. Either that or blackpowder.
