Why the hell aren't these being made for, you know, Gamecube or XBox? You know, consoles made by companies who actually like bringing games to the U.S.?

Eh... Namco going a bit heavy on the Tales love for the PSP, and given how it's getting owned by the DS right now that might not be such a great idea. *shrugs*

I'm sure it has more to do with the developer rather than the console. Just seems like the PS2 gets most of these Japan exclusives.

I was thinking about ordering it, since it looked great. But then I'd have to buy this, and that, and a bunch of stuff to make imports work.

And yeah, I'm not sure why I bought a PSP. I've had mine for a year, and have yet to buy a game. But I'm pretty hyped about the Valkryie Profile port ... but yeah, fact is ... the DS was a much better buy, and I've enjoyed it way over the PSP.

The core processor between the Playstation and PSP isn't significantly different, so that is why they can actually pull out these remakes with less cost than releasing for the DS. That is my logic of why Namco is doing those remakes. As for making 3D Tales of the World, beats me.
