Ok then that's a whole other problem. Try fiddling with the sound settings. Or try and make sure nothing else is hogging use of the sound system.

Does anything else play sound? If so check that SPC700 emulation is enabled, the volume and buffer sizes are set to a sane level, etc. If not, then you have a bigger problem.

What operating system are you using? And like Neb said, are any other programs using your sound system while you're trying to use Snes9x?

everyhing else does play sound, and nothing else uses my sound system while playing snes9x. Also, ißm using windows XP home
