Don't think we've done this thread before.
Ladies: How do you like guy's faces? Smooth-shaven, beared, goatee, what? Gents: How do you wear your facial hair? And how fast does it grow? Myself, because not answering your own questions in your own threads is lame I try to keep clean-shaven, but it's a royal pain because mine grows perposterously fast. I have a five o'clock shadow on the best of days, usually much earlier. And when the weather's cooling I can't keep a clean shaven for over four hours. On the bright side, I left it growing this week and I think the girl I like kinda likes it. |

I prefer being clean-shaven, but it grows too fast... Takes about 2 days for it to be noticeable, 4-5 to be itchy.

I prefer guy's to be clean-shaven or have a goatee. Beards just weird me out.

I think guys look a hundred times better clean shaven. Facial hair is not attractive.
But my opinion hardly matters in this thread. |

Clean shaven, although I don't mind scruffy faces either. Not a beard, more just... scruffy.
Full on beards and stuff freak me out. |

I have a mustache, but that's as far as I want to go, facial hair-wise. It's tough keeping the rest my facial hair (i.e. what would be a beard) shaved off, though, because it usually starts growing back really quickly: 2-3 days after I shave it off, it's back and itching again.

I shave every so often, giving me either no beard or a short beard.

I rock a beard. Everyone agrees that I look better with it, since without it I look 12.

My only overall preference is "no itchy stubble". Some guys look better with facial hair (or vice versa), so as long as it doesn't stab me when I get cuddly, it's all good. Rando recently tried to grow a beard (and gave up because he just doesn't have the genetics to fill it in well - he had a carpet on the underside of his face, but his mustache was scraggly), and I thought the furriness was cute once it got past the prickly stage. I liked being able to go FUZZFUZZFUZZ all over his head.

Personally, I kneel before Sal Fasano's facial artwork.
But as for me, I shave when I remember. Usually ends up every other week (and yes, it does look pretty brutal, going far beyond stubble and into thin-beard territory). |

I keep it clean shaven, and in order to do that, I have to shave once a day (I do it every morning). It is slightly noticeable the morning after, but nothing to serious. If I don't shave for two days, you'll definately see it.

His name was General Burnside. Supposedly, the word "side burn" originates from his name.

General Burnside's facial hair = 10000% pwnage!
I hardly ever see faical hair grow like that. That explains those massive sideburns and his name to match. Kinda reminds me of Colonel Mustard from Clue. |

I have a full-on beard and mustache. I get it all trimmed at the barbershop once in a while, but otherwise keep it. I'll shave the beard off once in a while, and it's back to its normal thickness in under a week. I'm not getting rid of my mustache, though.
Without my beard, I look like a teacher. With my beard, I look like the Amish. Oh well, I like it, that's all I currently care. XD |

I think I've posted this before, but I've been sporting this for about the last year. Shaving got old.
Uh, the hair under the bandana is curly and brown. |

I have enough sores on my face (not pimples, mostly just agitated spots from me picking them too much) that shaving results in blood. I'll pass.
My [facial] hair grows way too fast, usually leaving me with full sideburn-to-chin hair in about a week or so (I guess, I rarely look at myself)... I really only prefer a goatee, mostly because I like to rub my chin a lot and it feels slightly better with it there (as opposed to stubblies that are just annoying).... I don't shave for the above reasons, but I do get it removed whenever I get my hair cut. Less work for me, and it doesn't end up with a bloody mess. |
