| completing the game earns you one star next to the file, and completing every level gets you two. i don't think there are any rewards for beating every level other than that though.
anyone know how to get the last wallpaper thing? |

| Well, the site is updated, not only in graphics but 7 new videos! And, I found the secret wallpaper.
Spoiler: Go to the downloads section. You'll notice Mario does not show up. You can click on blocks to destroy them. After you destroy every block, collect every coin, and kill the Goomba, the secret wallpaper will appear. |

I just got this today and it's a lot of fun. I can't remember the last time I've been able to just get lost in a game for a long period of time.  Nintendo did good. |

| This is a wonderful game. I haven't beat it yet, and I'm trying to play just a little bit at a time. I don't want to rush through this.
I was a bit disapointed that Baby Bowser is the main enemy, not Bowser himself. But it's still a great game. |

Well, I got the game yesterday and I'm currently at World 4's Tower (I beat World 3, though). I must say this game is awesome! I love how the enemies dance to the music. 
Only thing I'd mention is that 1-Ups are too easy to get. I have 47 lives right now.  |

| You don't get anything but three stars by your file.
Also, you can buy all the wallpapers and open every path at that point, but that's not worth all of that much... Also, infinite items from Toad's House, but who cares... |

| This game. I MUST get it. I haven't bought a new game in... 2 months. This weekend, yes, I'll get it.
I can't actually contibute to discussion since I don't have it, but, one question. Is the difficulty scale progressive, easy throughout or hard throughout? I don't mind easy parts in games, but if it's all easy there's no sense of accomplishment. And if it's too hard, I won't finish it due to lack of patience. |

| I finally got to play this game through single card battle. I don't own the game but I was able to beat my friend in this game. The score was 10 to 2 stars which was mainly from using fireballs, I'm not too good with the Blue Shell. I only beat him because the controls are pretty much the same as the old school Mario games.
I'll probably get the game sometime after school is over. |

It wasn't until I just took a look at this thread that I realized this game had been released already  I just gave EB Games a call, and apparently they have it for $39.99, which is rather low, if you ask me  Most new (and popular) games that I've bought from them so far have been at least $50
Unfortunately, I have to be at work in a half hour, so I guess it's going to have to wait until I'm done at Heart and Stroke tomorrow. Well, I could go out to EB Games right now and get it, which actually isn't too bad of an idea. In fact, I think that's what I'm going to do. I can just get dropped off at work on the way back, and give the game try there
I'll have to post what I think of it when I get back this morning  |

| For those of you who can't get to world 4...I just figured out how to do it!
By the end of the last castle on world 3 there is a mini mario mushroom...take it because your going to have to beat the end boss with mini mario.... how do you do it? here's how i did it... every time the "snake" would appear I would jump, rebound off the wall and as soon as i'm above the snake i would hit the down button which would super stomp the snake guy...3 times and he's dead...a bit harder to do than some of the other stuff in the game since you can't afford to get hit once because you die instantly...although if lives are a problem you can always try the 1up trick with the turtle in world 2-4 (99 1ups) i'm going to play world 4 now....! | Having played through what I have (beating the game but skipping a couple worlds), I really have to say...
Spoiler:
Bowser Jr. is a really HORRIBLE son. Getting his father baked in lava in world 1, having the skeleton fall down a pit in World 8, then bringing him back to life in order to fall down a huge pit AGAIN in World 8... yeah. Also, I enjoyed the blue Koopa shell. Hard to control, yes, but INCREDIBLY fun. |

| Well, I've beaten the game, collected all the star coins, and have done everything except find the secret exit that leads to the World 7 1-Up Mushroom House (near the Tower). Anybody know how to get it?
And the blue shell doesn't seen to like me for some reason.  It always fails me in multiplayer mode. |
