| Sonic Robo-Blast 2 was some other fangame. It was a mod of Doom 2, if I recall correctly.
As far as this goes... Umm... yay for graphics? It's REALLY hard to tell how the game is just by a few screenshots, although it does look nice to be able to play as Super Sonic in the regular game. I rather enjoyed Shadow, anyway. How was his gun that different from Tails/Eggman/E-102's? At least he could still run/spin/whatever. Sonic Heroes... was mildly irritating, especially the special stages. But Metal Madness/Overlord were rather cool, especially in the cutscenes. And you can NEVER forget the awesome line that is "As soon as I conquer the world, I will pay you!" |

| Shadow was alright, its just that people were dissapointed because it wasn't as good as it was hyped up to be. And Robo-Blast 2? Fun no doubt, but the physics weren't quite Sonic and the multiplayer just plain sucked. (edited by Clockwork JB on 05-02-06 12:25 AM) |

| How are they making him look childish? You never managed to substantiate that besides "Look at Sonic Heroes!" It's never been that mature a series... It's not like there are deep overwhelming themes or complicated plots or anything. It's pretty much either "Eggman's doing something bad! Stop him!" or "Eggman's doing something bad involving some other party! Stop them! Oh wait, that other party was the real villain... Stop him/her!" | |||

| Shadow was rated, what, E 10+? I think that right there says something about playing it in front of your 5 year old brothers.
And richyawyingtmv: Some parents are less lenient on cursing than others. Just because you can't come up with a creative expletive that isn't considered vulgar doesn't mean that everyone should be allowed to use it. |

lets just say my stepfather is EVIL... cause he is... it doesn't matter to me anyway, my parents got over the whole saying damn on a game thing...they only freaked out at first, now they are all "okay!" with it. |

| hmm... the really impressive things I would like to see from this is multiple goal areas... that, and multiple paths so you don't have to go the same way the entire game...
Otherwise, I hacked sonic heroes a bit, got rid of the annoying extra voices and the subtitles, only sounds you hear are the characters changing formation and the attacks they do, and you don't hear "LEVEL UP!" every second... it was rather simple just filled the sound file with 0000 then I just erased the english sub font. |

| I liked Shadow The Hedgehog... Some of the levels were pretty fun.
Eh... Sonic Adventure 1/2 had some moments where it felt cliche'd or awkward, but overall it was pretty good. Personally, a slightly darker Sonic wouldn't be all that bad... I suppose that's why my Sonic game in the works is darker than these ones. |
