Love is a great thing, the bad part is when it isnt returned.

Luckily I dont have to worry about that part!

The first three lines of that song almost reflect exactly what happened to me last summer.

It was the first girl I had ever loved, but before I had time to tell her she told me that she liked one of my friends, and he was in love with another girl from college.

My first "LOVE" relationship was a mess!!! I don't think I was actually in love so much, but I was getting desperate, and I ended up breaking up with here off and on again... She wasn't pretty, there were just "every-now-and-thens" of her looking... "okay....

My second love.... I totally was in love more than ever!!! But I was vastly stupid in saying the "L" word first, and thus created awkwardness and her response... "thanks"

Now, this girl has told me she loves me, but I'm not feeling it right now, and I might later, but not right now. I don't love her, but I like her a lot!! But I won't be surprised if I feel for her later.... after all this is a new relationship...

Me + Love = Never

H O W E V E R

Me + Lust = All the time

I don't think that I have felt what love really is yet, and I ain't going to waste time looking for it either. There better stuff to do like make money.

Different people feel differently about "love" for their own reasons. I wouldn't consider it "sad" or question where their "heart ran off to". Chances are, people have a reason for their feelings on the matter, usually colored by their past experiences (or lack thereof)

Very much so...

You have to look at all aspects, Icy Fox. It could've been that someone was in love a lot of times and it failed, or they seem to fall in love to quick without meaning to... and it go on and on for different reasons...

...some people just like to rom hack all their lives...

Finally someone feels the same way as I do.

Seriously. Sion tends to greet me not with a simple "Hello" or "Yo"

It's more like "I'M IN LOVE" or "LOVE IS BEAUTIFUL" or "MY LIFE IS COMPLETE WITH LOVE"

Been in love once. Got over it. Finally was able to realize a few things. Things love was shielding me from.

Actually I was in love when I was a teen. I don't know about relationships but right now, but I missed the one I really care about.

Oh, well. The past can't be changed

My point is yet again proven. My 'brother' is borderlining depressed because he keeps getting his heart handed to him by his supposed mutual partner in "love". Now as a good person I try to feel happy for him when he thinks he has a good thing, but what the hell is the point? Why is he willing to go through so much for all this pain =| I don't understand you lovey types, I guess.

That's... lovely. Nothing quite like having those that you care about the most cause you the most pain... But it's a risk you have to take sometimes.

My girlfriend just told me that she loved me for the first time last night... and as much as I thought I was ready..... I was like "awww... thank you..." I felt bad for not saying it back, but she seems to not be worried about the fact that I didn't say it back... she asked me: "Did it freak you out"? I said: "No"

...and I wasn't freaked out, but I was flattered, and I really like her a lot, but I don't know if I could say I love her yet... I was in love with my past girlfriend... and it took me a whole 6 months to recover after our breakup... so your thoughts on it guys???

Well, yes I have been in Love with my Ex-girlfriend, me and her were going on out a year and 2 months it was great everything emotional and sexually.

I didnt care about anything else I wanted to be with her forever.. but she had diffrent thought's in that case and instead took her love for partying and drugs over me...and my true Love for her.

I believe the best kind of love is unspoken. I think saying "I love you" is almost always someone reaching for security. I've had girls tell they loved me, and it was the most frustrating thing in the world not being able to say it back. But I stick to my principles. (Of course, if I felt that way too I would say it back, but I'd prefer not to have to, if you know what I mean.)
