I had the crazy idea... if they had a Mario Paint using the Revolution's remote controller thing, you can like use it almost like a paintbrush. It might be fun
DISCLAIMER: I made up MPR. The chance of it being made is small. |

Alright if possible, mind getting back onto topic...? there's probably no lawyers here and we're just going to go around in circles.

Looks more like Windows XP... with the XP-style icons and all. Yeah, it's not that hard to replace icons in Win2k for the ones with WinXP (every lamer does it ), but what's the point?

The poll is flawed. Canada's closer to Seattle than Los Angeles or Las Vegas (which ever's farther from Seattle)

I can honestly say that I thought you were having fun with cats when I first saw the title

I was disappointed to discover that the Windows XP CD wasn't as exciting to watch being microwaved as a CD-R or DVD+R

There's just something about SMAS that makes me not care for any of the remakes except for SMB3. :/
So yes, I voted for the original NES version. |

Nah PocketNES is public domain and it looks pretty convincing that they used it for the Classic NES series -- just removed features that they wouldn't want people using, namely savestates.

That's what I thought of SMW2: YI. Too small, not enough replay value. Now SMB3 and SMW1 are games worth the attention.
And on the subject of New Super Mario Bros.... Ailure pointed out that the word "New" might be dumb after a while. Perhaps it'd be called something different, SMB5 perhaps (or maybe only SMB5 in Japan, SMB4 to the Western World). Hell, Return of the Super Mario Bros. isn't so bad either. |

1. Remember that N64 emulation is terrible for most games no matter what
2. I have the most luck with GL64 |

It doesn't have a GUI, you must run it from the CLI. Anyway since this sounds like a typical Windows user's problem, I'll give you a hint: Start->Run->cmd.exe. Read up about basic MS-DOS commands if you're confused about navigating to the directory where RLM is.

I've gotten it to work with the GL64 graphics plugin (dunno where to get it stand-alone, it just comes with Mupen64 [for Linux] by default). However, some logic bugs seem to appear, pretty much limiting that by the CPU emulation (which doesn't come as a plugin typically).

^ Yes.. it felt like that, mainly because I whizzed through it (well, the GBA game, haven't played the SNES one) in a couple of days. SMB3 and SMW both took longer for me.. In terms of levels, I guess YI is large, but there's also a sense of time involved in measuring weather a game is large or small :/

Sounds similar to oh-so-many hardware issues. Usually getting a new mouse gets rid of the problem
Do you have a Microsoft mouse? I forget which number, but you can call one of their lines and say your mouse is defective. They ask for the P/N at the bottom to confirm it's a real piece of hardware and you're not cheating them, then they ask for a mailing address to send you a new mouse for no charge. You can do this for just about any hardware with "Microsoft" written on it. |
