The entire SML3 soundtrack. Hey, it's still technically a Mario game, and it is close to one of my all time favorite Gameboy soundtracks. The game just had good music (and that train theme ) I would add more detail but I'm tired and can't think straight right now sorry.

The very same thing happened to me. The only thing that is different is that my TV would show a picture after the click that was badly distorted and then turn off. In time it just did what yours did. In my case, the internal video circuit had blown out .__.;; in your instance, it could be as easy as changing a tube (if this is the sort of TV you have!) or you might have burnt out the circuit. If that is the case, it often is not worth repairing since you can get a brand new cheap TV for a similar price of repairing that. Hope this helps some!!

Drug-based hacks and other things like that are usualy not very good or that funny and entertaining ._.;; but good luck with your project, anyways. Maybe you can make one of the first drug theme hacks I'd ever play. I'm not getting my hopes up yet, though.

Pride is completely different. Gay people who advertise their pride in-game are in for a heck of a lot of grief, and do deserve a warning. Just mentioning a guild is GLBT friendly does not.

There are many reasons why gay WoW players can benefit from a GLBT guild in WoW, which I have addressed in my post. The simple point is that it's their right to come together and play, but they're unsure exactly what they're able to say and they're not allowed to even mention that their guild is GLBT friendly in-game. You're jumping to conclusions just like many other people were quick to do in the forums. Gay guilds do not discuss sexuality in-game, and the few that exist never have. Please get your facts right, this is a very crucial and sensitive subject

He has his facts right, it seems. I read his post again and he makes the very good point that even mentioning it at all is very unecessary. It is a game, and any unecessary discrimination should be avoided. Okay, so you are GLBT. That's nice. Whether the guild is GLBT friendly or not should not matter, because there is no real reason to even be discussing these kind of things on an online game. If you don't want to be discriminated, theres no need to even let people know in the first place. Ignorance sometimes can be bliss. By advertising a GLBT friendly guild, you acknowledge the presence of these kind of people and that causes people to realises this and possibly discriminate the people who will join this guild. It's just stirring up a bunch of trouble.

Here is an idea. I walk in front of a beehive. For intents and purposes pretend the bees can understand language. Now I can be a sworn enemy of the bees, the...bug spray or something! And well, they don't know this because they're behind their hive (in this case, text). Now they would get along ok and have a decent conversation with me, unless I unecessarily mentioned that I was bugspray, then they would hate me. Wow, that example is really, really stupid .__.;;

If you are in a place where you know that people are going to discriminate against GLBT people, calling attention to GLBTs is only going to cause trouble. Maybe being banned from the game is very extreme, but it is not necessary. You understand what I mean now?

Perhaps you didn't know, but this implies that you would have to stay completely silent about the issue just about anywhere in America. And I'd be willing to bet it'd mean similar things in many other countries, too. =/

I probably could have worded that alot better...what I really mean is on a place like that ESPECIALLY, a videogame, where you know it is the largest breeding ground for intolerance due to internet trolls, immature '12 year olds', and other stereotypes of people who act troublesome on the internet, it is probably in your best interest to not mention it. Especially since like its been said, to enjoy the game, you do not need to know the person you are playing with or against's orientation. All you need to know is if they are with you or against you in terms of the game, and any hard feelings towards them relative only to their actions as a character in a game.

If it is the video circuit like I think it is, that is around a 300 dollar repair..give or take, I'm thinking in Japanese funds but it rounds out. If it is simply a tube or other minor electronical malfunction, the cost will be significantly lower, but a burnout could also harm nearby circuity or other parts. You need to watch out for that, because if isn't looked at the right way, a damaged part or circuit that goes unnoticed could cause big problems later on, and you'll find yourself shelling out another 100 to fix THAT now. Lets hope whatever happened to your set is nothing serious

It IS garbage data. Without defining Pokemon, it reads off junk, which is why you get stange Pokemon combos, peculiar levels, and sometimes broken moves.

No, that's not the case at all with Missingno. Someone asked about this a little while ago. I think this was the thread, that should clear up everything.

Edit: and....I don't think you understood any of what I said. Changing the data so its not junk...is...how trainers work, period. They work the same way they did in the other games, but instead of being in a different bank, they are in the Pokemon bank, meaning you can "fight" them. Because the trainer definition for the fight isnt set up, garbage read off in place of the actual values is used. Really, its not an unused Pokemon or concept. It does the same thing in Gold and Silver but they just have a bank to themself.

In the advanced series, Trainers were given set items. I want to say it was 2 for every normal trainer and 4 for gym leaders, but it could very easily be 4 all around..but it most certainly is set. In the original games, the mechanics worked...differently. I wouldn't doubt an unlimited item supply, even unintentionaly, the programming was just so bad .__.;;;

Good luck getting the liscenses from Rare and Square-Enix for most of those .__.;; really, they had to give Rare a special place in the SSBM credits just for using Donkey Kong Country 2 style barrels! Since they work for Microsoft now (exclusively?), and SE is clearly holding on tight to the rights to the SMRPG characters, I would think alot of that is unpractical .__.;; also, who was Bomberman by? I don't know if it was a Nintendo-made title or not. It seems that all of the characters that made it into the game were Nintendo/HAL specific. Which is a shame, because you all know they need Jack from Harvest Moon in there! (okaaay...but more realisticly, at least King Dedede)

edit: Darn, beat me to it as I was replying

I had a Madcatz controller burn out on me because it tried to Autofire the Autofire button .__.;; no, that probably shouldn't do anything, but whoever took a hot glue gun and tried to call that peice of work in the case a 'circuit' probably wasn't expecting anyone to do that, either. My experiences, the least reliable accessories there. They did make some okay 3rd party Gameboy Color things, though, but overall, I'd go 1st party all the way.

No, they'll keep Hyrule temple and I will cry if I ever have to play on that level ever again .__.;; really really! That level is past over-used now! I can't wait to see some of the new creative level ideas they have in store for this one.

Nooo.....Nonono..Trapster have you even been reading my posts at all? "OAK" 's Pokemon, like every other trainers, are undefined until you set it up as a trainer battle. Every Pokemon he would have is a result of random data being read off, in this case it may have been junk left in memory from the trainer roster with some mixed data, or anything else. When I ran into him, he had a Flareon. It depends on what you do in the game that effects the memory.

That isn't it at all. The battle is hardcoded. There's no finding a byte, because there's a bit more to it than that. Try not to mislead people, okay guys?

I'm all for the idea of having Isaac or Mia. But it would probably be Isaac and Garet just so they could "clone" the moveset like with Marth and Roy. Metaknight and Wario are musts too!
