Um, skyon? You're not banned. Your colour is normal. And it's pretty much you and TyBO doing levels and such, since SoNotNormal had to drop out. And Bio, no HDMA, unless d4s releases a version where you don't need a clean rom to start with. So far we have: Me: GFX and Special Blocks (they tie in together) and, I'll be level fixer-upper, if everyone agrees TyBO and Skyon: Level and Overworld Bio: ASM and maybe some GFX, if I need some help. I could ask smwedit, but I think he's already working on a hack. But, you never know, maybe he'd help Oh, and TyBO, he thought you were a girl cause your username is the female colour, Funny, almost all of them are now. I'm pretty sure they're still with us, otherwise they would have posted that they are dropping out. As for overworld stuff, we can either have someone volunteer, or one of us'll have to do it. In the meantime, I need to get started on GFX |

Well, my job will be to insert custom ExGFX, for Luigi, and do custom blocks, so once I get pipes, breakable blocks, etc. We can get levels started. UPDATE: I'm getting the sprites started now, I've got them recoloured and resized to fit the requirements. And could a mod or admin rename this to Paper Luigi progress thread? Alright, progress report: I have almost all the walking animations for Small Luigi in, and they're lookin good. I also have some special blocks in now, and I'm doing GFX for them. Trust me, it'll be good. |

Yeah, but it's also gonna take a while, 4 frames of Mario took an hour, and there's way more than that. Yes we will. I have an idea for overworld type stuff, we could have a level, a main level, like in Paper Mario, and Luigi would travel from level to level from there, all we need is 2 ASM hacks that will let us go to that one level from the goal sphere, and another so we can only go in a level if we have enough points, star points would be good, and you would get 1 for each level |

Eh, I'm not sure I like that, maybe if you beat a castle, there's a cutscene to an overworld, with a bridge (or pipe, or door, or whatever else) to a new area, and a passage would be unlocked in the main level. | |||

hmmm, could we have an event in a level? Like a new passageway or a pipe? Maybe, we could have a warp pipe that would only unlock when a specific level is beaten, that way we wouldn't need to do anything with star points, and level goals, and whatnot Yeah, I know Skyon, I may make a background out of one image, for an intro level. I'm making a website, so the website is not solely for an Acmlmboard, I need to know which files I should keep, and which files don't matter, 'cause I'll move the ones I need, and delete the rest (working with Windows Explorer is really tiring, and that's all I can use) The rest I would get from a fresh copy of 1.A2 |

Okay, do I need to move the /image folder, or can I just delete and put a fresh copy of it on the site? And will the Sql tables reset if I move the entire board to another folder on the site? eg. If I copy everything from the board to a folder marked "board" will all the users, posts, threads, etc be reset/erased? |
