| I've been having trouble remembering the name of an NES title of a game I really liked as child. I'm hoping someone here may know its name. The game was Sci-fi, you flew around in space ship in first person and every now and then you would get to play a side-scrolling level. Does this ring any bells with anyone? |

| Okay, I've already been banned from three differant boards, I think I know what to do: 1: Don't inttentionly use bad spelling to make fun of the Head Admin. 2: Don't join board where Head Admin is just a mean person in the first place. 3: Don't say you are God when the Head Admin is an atheist. Well I haven't made any sentences spelled checked by 3rd grader yet, and I don't ever remember Acmlm being a meanie so I'm set! And yes, I did read the FAQ, that was the first thing I did. | No, I found Captain Skyhawk, that wasn't it. These were plain NES graphics. I think I should broaden the inquery. How about you guys name all Sci-fi side-scrolling ship flying you can think of. | I don't need to reformat my HD I believe, as stated, I got this from a movie file. And my system is stable for the moment. But I am going to get the stuff that Surlent mentioned. | Nah, R-type never made it Famicom either. I'm not sure, but I think in the side scrolling part, the ship was four NES tiles long and two tiles tall. Most side scrollers where 2x2. (edited by Ten on 07-25-04 11:05 PM) |

| Air Fortress is Blaster Master meets Metroid with a dash of Bionic Commando. Has ironic title also. Star Voyager looks like it but it's not sadly. I've been surfing the game lists looking for it, interesting side note, there was a Star Fox game for the Atari 2600... Third ban never happened, that was just something an admin said as a joke. ... Pink Aya isn't on this board is she? EDIT: Never mind, not found on mod list. | Want to see something odd? First close your eyes and apply a gentle amount of pressure to it with your fingers. After a few seconds you will began to see will go from black to a color along with geometric shapes. What I get is green and what I'm pretty sure is Sonic the Hegehog foreground. Needless to say, DON'T DO THIS TOO HARD! |
