Actually, I think telemarketing would be a great summer job. You could really add some humor into it, like calling people ma'am when you can tell they are a guy. =P Snika |

Whoa nice job! It looks awsome! The homemade portable versions of systems that I've seen usually look like a guy taped a screen onto an Nintendo 64 with duct tape, but you've done a wonderful job! Fabio, give the dude a break! It's pretty small as it is! =P Snika |

I have an idea for a game... Everything is in black and white to start with (meaning no colors can be seen), but as you aqurire certain objects in the game, certain colors become visible. Ok, for example... Everything is black and white, like the trees, the water, the sky... Then you aquire the Diamond of Blueness, and all of a sudden the color blue is visible. What I'm trying to get at is having only things that are supposed to be blue (eg. the sky, the water), turn blue, where as everything else remains black and white. I am hoping this is possible, because there would probably be a way to program something enabling certain colors, or using a command in the program. My problem is I have no idea how to do this. Somebody please help me! =P Snika |

Oh wow. Looks pretty neato! I'd be willing to play this game! I think the CG effects could be nice if you did them in a way that they fit with a game instead of the player going "WTF?" when he sees the cutscenes. I am not judging the screenshots, merely telling you what could happen with cutscenes. =P Snika (edited by Snika on 07-20-05 02:26 AM) |

Thanks for the support, Chris! I've tried the Tint and Fog options, but I could only successfully pull off black and white. I might have to take this project to Game Maker... If anyone knows how to do this in RPG Maker XP or GameMaker, post your advice! =P Snika (edited by Snika on 07-20-05 02:28 AM) (edited by Snika on 07-20-05 02:28 AM) |

I think the redesign of Nintendo Power was a great thing. Back before they changed, it was like all pictures and no information. With the new design its a perfect balance of pictures and text... So NP rules all! =P Snika |

Hmm... 'Its Getting Hot In Herre' by Nelly. Okay, maybe not slow and romantic. In fact, maybe its even a little off topic. But, I personally think Nelly captures something in a relationship, mainly focusing on parts like the hiney. To dance to it, thrust your body around like your having a seizure, thus creating memorable moments between couples. Maybe even more memorable than dancing to a love song! =P Snika |

Oh I see what you mean about the size stuff. Hey, could you consider posting a tutorial on how to do this with your PS2? =P Snika |

I think that that is stupid that they are rerating the game. Its not the companies fault that people found ways to unlock the profane scenes that were locked away deep within the code. Stupid ESRB... =P Snika |

I think its really a fault of both sides. Rockstar could've removed it, or ESRB could've ignored it. =P Snika |

Aren't Famiclones just a bunch of ROMs crammed into a controler thing? I thought Nintendo was upset about not getting a cut of the money from these crazy Famiclone marketers. =P Snika |

Well, I think there are some X-Box SNES emulators that you can download. My favorite type of console on console emulation is systems that you can just plug-in, download your files, and play them. This works with like Pocket PCs, PSPs, ect. The third option is for things like GBA and DS. You gotta buy flash carts that you can then hook up to the computer then insert into your DS/GBA. If you want my opinion, buy a PSP. Super NES emulation on it is improving by the second. =P Snika |

I admit it! I still like the Pokemon game series! I mean, I don't buy the cards or faithfully watch the show anymore. That stuff went out with the '90s! Past all that media hype and that yellow mouse, there's a rock solid game that never gets old, no matter how many versions Nintendo makes. My most recent game is Pokemon FireRed, mostly purchased for old time's sake of reliving the first game. I have 'obtained' the new Pokemon Emerald and it was crazy! How can a game keep its originality and fun factor 11 + games later? I don't know! Even The Sims series, a beautifully crafted game, is running out of steam! But a game about pocket monsters carries on! Post your opinions and theroies about this odd phenominon. =P Snika |

Welcome to the boards! Hope you have fun here. Wait... You live in Miami! Ahh, sweet! Tell me though... Is Miami like it is in Grand Theft Auto with 80's music and people walking around with guns? =P Snika |

Paper Mario 1 was really awsome. It had a lot of originality and in a way brought on the era of artsy games focusing on different effects instead of just having top of the line 3-D all the time. It was a really good game with lots of humor, thanks to the witty American translation team. =P Snika |
