Gameboy Micro was released in North America yesterday for $99 retail price.
With its sleek new design, the system only weighs 2.8 ounces. Thats about as much as 2.8 ounces of egg yolk, and less than a small Chihuahua.

The ultimate question is... Who's gonna buy it?

Really, I think its cool that they have finally released the English version of it. But... Sense I already have it in English...

Whoa, Tarale! You're a way hardcore Mac user!

Quite frankly, I think Mac should have OS X run on other machines or at least give Windows SOMETHING.
You look down the software section of a store and see Office: Mac Eddition, Windows XP Emulator for Mac, Windows games for mac, and other stuff! You don't see anything like GarageBand for Windows, Mac OS X emulator for Windows, or anything else! All we got is iTunes!

I really like Mac OS X software and stuff (mainly because of the GUI and friendly interface), but that doesn't mean I'm gonna buy a whole new computer for it!

With PearPC it is more or less possible to run Mac OS X on your PC... Although it is waaaay over my head to get working. It is very primative, though. No sound support and VERRRY slow (ex. installation of Mac OS X takes abouts 2 hours).

Yeah, it's very slow because it has to try to emulate the PowerPC architecture on Intel x86 hardware -- not an easy task. I haven't played with PearPC, but then I really don't see the point when I have a Mac.

Reminds me, I need to install VirtualPC to my Mac just to have a play with it. I imagine it will be maddeningly slow, but I dunno, I'm just curious to see for myself firsthand.

Oh please do try VirtualPC and tell me how it works. I wonder if its as slow as PearPC. Would VirtualPC let me play all my Windows games on a Mac? If so, I might consider buying a Mac-Mini.

Whoa! You guys are all player haters.
Relax, you freakin' soap opera stars.
I don't happen to like YES/NO polls.
I like to have lots of possibilites to see why people are saying yes or no.
If you don't care about the damn thing, then don't vote!

Anyways... Back on subject...
My friend tryed one out in a game store and said the screen was awsome, but the system was too small for his hands. I just don't think it is pratical to have something that small...

For some reason, the whole Mac game stuff is like a couple months off from PC release dates.

Anyways, has anyone ever had a Mac-Mini? I have a projection system in my household, and I think it would be very pimp if I could hook a Mac up to it... Imagine 100+ Inches of Mac glory... *Drools* Plus, it'd be a lot cheaper then buying a whole Mac setup. Like, you wouldn't need a screen or speakers. Wireless keyboards and mouses are pretty cheap, too.

You still don't get the same visual effect you do with the polls.
Like, I can tell that most people won't buy it because they have other systems to play GBA on. A simple 'No' wouldn't have showed me that.

I used to be on a swim team, but I haven't been going for about 9 months now. I just got bored with it, plus I found it more relaxing to just come home after school and chill instead of swim laps. Jeez... I'm lazy. Maybe I'll start back up again soon.
