Umm... Really, you can make friends easily. Go to the roller skating rink. Go to a soda shop. Maybe you'll even get a date to the High School Sock Hop! Neato! Anyways, you should only make one thread about the same subject... |

Umm... I thought you couldn't do anything 'till 21, but I'm wrong. According to this article... http://rose.casinocitytimes.com/articles/966.html ...It varies by state. In Alaska you can do slot machines at 18! Sweet! Too bad there aren't any casinos around. |

Hmm... Sounds pretty neato. I wish I bought Donkey Kong 64 back in the day so I could try this out. Any other discoveries you made with the water glitch?

I recently aquired Family Guy Season 2 off the Internet, and Windows Media Player will not play the .AVI files. I do not know what codecs to get because when I right click it and go to properties then summary, it gives me a "Sorry, No Information" thing. When Season 1 and 3 wouldn't, it told me that it was a MPEG-4 codec under information, so thats what I got. I don't know what to do about this! It doesn't even tell me what I need to run it. Does anyone know how to figure out which codecs needed to play .AVI files when you have little or no information? |

Sadly, VLC wouldn't play it. Thanks for the link though, it runs Seasons 1 and 3 way better than Windows Media. Now I must continue my search for codecs...

Uh oh. All the files are 0 bytes. This is bad. I spent 48 hours downloading corrupt files??? Edit: Again, I'll express how much of a dumbass I am. I forgot I had two Season 2 directories, one with a canceled download (the ones that wouldn't play), and one that was completed! I was trying to use the files I canceled. Thanks, HyperHacker, for the link to the media player. It works like butter. At least I got something good out of my stupidity! (edited by Snika on 08-31-05 04:28 AM) |

Actually, Create-A-Player is the only reason I'd buy a wrestling game. Me and my cousin used to hang out and play it all day, creating family members and having deathmatches between them. We made a really good representation of my grandmother! It was hilarious!!! |

I don't intentionally share, but I think Limewire automatically does it. When using BitTorrent, I cancel all finished downloads that are starting to share. My computer is feeble and BitTorrent takes up a lot of memory, so I only have it open as long as I can. |

GameBoy Color pride, man! I took that thing everywhere with me back in the day. I remember the days of fighting for a good spot to play so you could actually have some light. It was worth it so I could get my daily fix of Pokemon and Mario! Good games, good times! |

Wow! A timeless classic like Ocarina of Time being updated in high-res cel-shaded graphics... That tickles me in a very special way only something like that could do! I wonder when he'll release it... I can't wait much longer! |

I was really excited about the Missigno effects, and I got rare-candy happy. I seem to recall that it had some negative effects on my game, though. Still, it was one of the funnest features in Pokemon Red and Blue.

This has peaked my interest about color. How do you mess with your font color? |

I'd suggest not using those kiosks. If you have a home printer, you could simply hook your camera up to the computer with a USB. Sometimes, printers make it simplier where you can just put the memory card in the printer, which makes things easier. I reccomed buying Kodak photo paper, which is easily found at an office supply store, and a picture cutter, also found at a supply store. If you like have no printer or something, the kiosks at Wal-Mart are really cool. I am not sure how you pay for them, but I'm sure an assosiate would gladly walk you through the process your first time. |
