i went to a Ninja Turtles concert when i was in the fourth grade. but by then, the boys were getting stale, and that concert was not very good. but being my first concert it was cool at the time!

I was mostly refering to the game rather than the show as i don't really recall their traits in the cartoon. But all input is welcome |

Originally posted by Dark Vampriel Yeah, I own the remake too. with controls aside i feel that there are some pretty scare parts. if not scary then at least some kick-ass visuals. The mutant girl's cabin complete with action mutant girl was pretty messed up! the portion where the zombies break through the windows in that bathroom hallway has a cool thriller feel to it. not knowing what a crimson head was going into the game freaked me the fuck out when the first one popped up! the big letdown i had was earlier in the game. you know, that super creepy tomb in the grave yard where the casket was chained to the ceiling. I expected a really awesome boss to pop out. but all we get is a slightly tougher crimson head. Did anyone play the game "D" for Playstation? It's quite old and lame by todays standards, but when i first played it though it was the best looking game i ever played. it was a pre-rendered deal with set paths, so that sucked. And it wasn't all too scary either. my favorite part however is when the main character (laura I think) inspects the painting of the little girl, it smiles devilshly back and laughs at her. |

Originally posted by Ailura no worries. I never played a whole lot of 2 or 3, never in fact. But i remember not liking the way wario looked in those for some reason. It was close, but i think i just have more found memories of Wario 1. My first gameboy was given to me at about that time so that, Kirby's adventure, and LoZ: link's awakening were big deals to me. Wario 4 did have kickass effects and felt like a good old fashion SNES game. |

It looks like a lot of fun! I haven't played YI in a while, and looking at those shots made remember how detailed the backgrounds are!

I know that it is early, but what plans do you all have for halloween costumes? I wanna be the Flash, but cannot find it in adult size. Hmm, i wonder if that means something? past and present stories are good too.

I think my last offical costume for serious trick or treating was a Notre Dame sweatshirt and a pillow for a hump back in the seventh grade. GET IT!? Hunchback of Notre Dame! AHAHAHA! my last halloween costume was three years ago (I worked the last two halloweens ), I wore nursing scrubs and name tag that read, "Doctor Proctor", and an elongated index finger with taco bell sauce on it. last minute costumes rule!! |

Originally posted by Banedon I don't mind the passing out of candy part, but when i get the older kids who don't even wear a costume, it pisses me off. but if you don't give them candy, odds are high that they will egg your house. Here in Arizona, downtown Tempe becomes flooded with costumed adults. the best part is when the chicks go as barely clothed fairies or something. |

Of course your town may vary. He should just be satisfied that he had a paying customer in front of him. I haven't brushed up on legalities lately, but if you own the cart, then it's okay to own the rom, right? If so, you can at least say you own the cart. After that, flip him off and make lewd comments about the sexual behavior of his mother. |

Too be honest, i really don't care for star trek. i do like the occasional original star trek for the camp factor, like that episode with the living, but dying, intelligent rock blob creature. It gave leonard nemoy a chance to show his acting chops. not necessarily good chops, but still chops none the less. this new game, however, sounds pretty huge! I don't do a lot of modern gaming, but i'm guessing this is fairly groundbreaking stuff. |

I was five or so when my Dad made a Grouchkateer uniform. For those who may not know, a grouchkateer was a small band of children following the garbagey was of Oscar the Grouch. Sort of the anti-Big Bird's Birdkateers (i think). That was the neatest homemade costume my father made me (the bug comes in at a close second). the outfit was a trash can lid/hat made out of tin foil and card board accompanied with a standard trash bag shirt and black face paint streaks. |

Originally posted by Dark Vampriel this is true, i say it happend once PS2 popped out. but that's off topic. Unless you are referring to the whole porn games of nowadays. still beats that atari game with the penis guy shooting "loads" down at the pixeled nudist chicks. Name escapes me. Maks you wonder who the F*ck got off on that in the first place. It's slightly concievable now, but in the atari era? come on! |

*I didn't read anybody's post before i wrote this. o, and i am a filthy american pig dog.* While the Sweden vs America arguement is quite strong, I still would have to say that I'd rather live in America. to quote South Park: "America may have some problems, but it's our home. Our team. and if you don't wanna root for your team, then you should get the hell out of the stadium." |
