I'm fat because I don't excercise enough, nor, paradoxically eat enough, this means I put weight ON because my body thinks i'm fasting when really I've only the apetite for one meal a day and so only have the energy for 3 1/2 hour workouts a week, that's not enough.

Ypu mean the EXP thingy? Yes, but if you Spam then it can be taken away from you, so make sure all your posts have a pupose, the mods on here are pretty cool, but they don't like people who spam (that's make a lot of posts which are lame..basically)

Reid, I was up with you until yuo claimed FF7 had ". Crappy sound." WHA? Are you INSANE? Aerith's theme and OWA are two of Nobuo's best pieces, Yes FF6 has a superior OST but FF7's is FAR from crappy |
I think the graphics weren't bad for their time, the mixture of pre rendered backgrounds worked well.

Spam is anything that's off topic, so if you're in, say the Anime forum, then you should chat about ANime, post something that's NOT related to Anime in there and that's spam. |
Spam is also very short replies, like "Yep" and "ok" on their own. As for Polls wel to use it properly you have to put more than one choice in, in a forum that's the same as the topic of your POLl (For instance a poll about what music you like should go in the entertainment thread)
