I LOVE Knuckles Chaotix, the main thing with that was that it was VERY fast paced, and you could do some crazy ass shit in that too

Oh I forgot to mention that the music in that one flatout rocked!

Gus: "You coming with us.
We want you come."

On the comment with the pressure sensitive issue. The WACOM Tablet's pens are pressure sensitive. Photoshop takes advantage of this, and so I believe that if they were to design the touch screen with pressure sensitivity, they would just have to look at Photoshop's code (there ARE decompilers). It's convienient for me, since I have a WACOM Tablet. Also considering how it works, it might be better to use that anyways.

Hey everyone, I wanted to get your opinions on this picture, I need to know if everything is ok before I decide to ink it. I am making a desktop background for my comic.

I think everything is fine. But the problem is that I tend to overlook things that you tend to point out.

Also, I haven't done much with the shading and highlights yet, just a general idea on those.

Also just a warning, this picture is BIG. All I did was scan and reduce the contrast a bit, then uploaded.

Tell me what you think

There is a online Visual Boy Advance around. It uses old source though. I couldn't figure out how to use it though.

I'm looking for one, if one exists. I'm trying to beat Final Fantasy VII, (halfway through disc 2) but my PSX got messed up when our power went out temporarily.
I am also looking for a game save editor, so I can get to where I was in the real game (FFVII)

It seems that every Playstation I get messes up. I''ve had 3 so far.

If you want to get to where you are, you may have to consider getting a DexDrive of some sort so you can transfer the save from PSX to PC format.

Otherwise you will have to play through the game all over again. Since even with editing to get to where you are now, you can't really get far in the game, cause there are always things that will mess up.

I had to start Breath of Fire 3 about 3 times. Once was on the PSX, then was told that I missed some dragon forms by a friend, so I started over, then my memory card was erased when my PSX died on me. Then I tried it on ePSXe, but then lost my data after my hard drive too a crash (and I was at the second to last area). I am not sure if I should play it again on the emulator or the PS2. I might just get a cheater and max my stats and get all the cool stuff. But since I almost beat the game without cheating, I guess I have a reason to do it WITH cheating.

Go here for a cheater program for the PSX emulator.

As for running Castlevania SotN, Colleen. That games is one of the easiest to emulate games around. You will only slow down on large maps.

I had just recently looked for a new gamepad

Currently I'm using a Thrustmaster Dual Analog 2 gamepad, which is actually really good, but if you were to get something of that type get the Dual Power 3.

http://ftp.thrustmaster.com/pictures/PCMAC/FS_dpg/Firestorm%20Dual%20Power.jpg

This is the dual power gamepad. This is PC only, but uses a similar mapping to PS2, This gamepad has 4 face buttons, 4 shoulder buttons, two analog stick buttons, and two back triggers, I tend to map the start and select buttons to those, and it works VERY well. It is a very comfortable gamepad, and has a rubber grip. The force feedback is great and works even on PSX and N64 emulators. Almost every game supports it.

However getting the mapping software is a bit of a pain. It is the only downside to the gamepad. Some games don't map well to this gamepad, one of them being "Beyond Good and Evil" the PC version never had a gamepad configuration, and when using the Thrustmapper, you have a problem getting your character to move in any diagonal directions. Another game that gave me problems was Alice.

-------------

Now for a new gamepad. Imagine what would have happened if someone put X-Box Triggers on a PS2 pad. You would get the Thrustmaster Dual Trigger.

This gamepad is designed for the PS2 and PC. It can plug into both consoles.

http://hardware.gamespot.com/site/screenshot.php?pid=15141&story_id=1347&imgnum=1&use_gs_path=

This is the Dual Trigger, as you can see, it is a PS2 gamepad only with the two extra triggers that you can map to anything, also it features turbo (only on the wire controller). I haven't tried it yet due to my lack of money at the moment, but it has gotten high reviews by every place I've checked. This gamepad only has one downside, it seems that everything is cramped together and is at times uncomfortable at first. But after a while you get used to it.

--------------

Personally I don't like the Saitek gamepads at all. probably cause most gamepads I am looking for don't have 4 shoulders like a PSX/PS2. This is important for me personally. However most of their gamepads have a 6 face button layout, which is good for Genesis and Saturn games.
You can make it work for PSX and PS2 emulation, it just isn't recommended.
--------------

I also didn't like the Microsoft gamepads as they didn't have the triggers or the analog.

--------------

My problem with Gravis gamepads is their price and their common layout which is no analog and 6 button layout.
