do the subnet mask match? if they don't match that might be an issue.

I'm guessing the ethernet card needs a 192.169.x.x address? then I wonder if you have DCHP enabled for the computer?

which graphic plugin are you using? and what kind of video card do you have?

based on this forum post, you might be using Pete's OpenGL2 plugin. if that is the case, you probably do not have a video card that supports OpenGL2. As a result, you should be using Pete's Graphics plugin version 1.7x

well, most asteroids come from the belt anyways, i'm not sure about the one that will past by us...

anyways, i'm not going to pay attention to these "earth is going to get hit by an asteroid things" until the major news networks start having "Sept-11" coverage of it...

Heh, I didn't say where they came from, I just said I get them at the Chinese grocery.

I'm sorry, I read your post incorrectly 4 hours of program debugging for a stupid bug doesn't help XD

A hello kitty store is just that, it deals with nothing but hello kitty/sanrio stuff: pencils/pen, backpacks, dolls, stationary, etc.

actually, if he put it in Windows/Fonts, there is no way to get to it via windows explorer. What he has to do is the following:

1. start->run->"cmd"
2. "cd c:\windows\fonts\"
3. "copy [font file name] c:\"

once there is a copy in C:\, then using windows explorer he can manually drag the font file to C:\Windows\Font where the font installer will kick in.

if they fly into our atmosphere, they aren't coming out again unless some stronger gravity fields comes around or they come in at the right angle to skim off the atmosphere like skipping a rock at a lake...

i'm going to cry when Love Hina makes it to cable or network television...but I don't think it will make it to network television because of the suggestiveness of it. How many kids shows have a bunch of girls and just 1 guy? I can hear the conservatives now...

he saved it in the font folder itself...so, he can't reach to it from explorer, unless he redownloads it...

actually, what i believe is the case is that the router is firewalled. Does the indicator of your client ever turn green? if it never turns green, then you are firewalled. unless you poke holes in that firewall, there isn't anything you can do.

torrents with dial-up speed are common if and only if the people you downloading from have crappy connections. I'm using a university class connection and I never have dial-up speeds...
