hm...yeah, VB scrolling doesn't work for me, but firefox is fine.

um...your old mouse didn't need to be installed with an installer right? otherwise, i really don't know what's going on...

can't you just write back, 55 as the first byte and then 01 as the next byte to write back? as long as you write to file using bytes, then everything should be fine.

I have MSN, only because people of the old Total-Anime Network board were primarily out of U.S. users.

anyways, i rarely get on MSN unless someone uses it exclusively.

i really can't find any one who puts music on their website anymore except the old archaic pages that is no longer updated

but anyways, no, i don't like music on an HTML page except for maybe a personal one--after all, you don't visit pages like that often

hmm...well, one program that doesn't scroll is better than a few programs that doesn't. Anyways, I think this is the best it can get. I can't get VB code to scroll using my Microsoft Intellimouse

anyways, for coding, i really don't mind since I rarely scan my code anyways. I tend to use the keyboard keys to move around in code too...

as with any system, you have to make sure you are able to meet demand. If you have low demand, then you could have higher inbox sizes. But if you get to the point where you are running out of space, your users aren't going to be too happy with getting reduced inbox sizes...

i think photoshop settings change according to the type of image you have currently in memory or on the clipboard. It is hard to imagine after 8 versions of photoshop, that this bug appears...

so, you are saying that ultima, holy, and flare are easy to manufacture? i didn't mind drawing for the elemental spells or for Cure/Esuna. but i dunno, I never used Ultima, Holy, or Flare in the game so I'm not sure why I'm complaining. 1. Just because they wrote one for XP doesn't mean they get the digitally signed and safe for compatibility approval because the people who approve this are the people at microsoft. So yeah, if no issues arise, then everything is okay.

2. XP was been written in a way that may cause old DOS and Win9x programs not to be able to run in XP or not correctly (but still runnable). Sound issues might be due to how the DOS programs are looking for sound. in the old days, an old configuration file was executed before windows started. In WinXP, this file is no longer executed and as a result is why your programs might not give sound. You could try setting compatibility mode on the .exe files (right click and select properties). If that doesn't work, then either install Win9x or below OR try DOSBox or Bochs (x86 emulators)

What system were those games on? or were those computer games, if they were computer games, then a programming language is what you need. If they were on a console, then you need to learn the instruction set of the console.

Not sure where you can find documents start but gameboy, gameboy advance programming has a lot of docs to get you started though.

well, there is a C++ program but it doesn't use MFC called Translhextion. You can find the source files at Zophar if you can find the Translhextion tool download there.

have you taken a look at what MouseMove accepts and doesn't accept? as a programmer, you have to assume that when you use API, the API is correct. Not unless you are 100% sure what you are giving it is valid. If that is the case, then this is where bug reports are welcomed by people who program the API.
