| your young, it sucks...that's life... i dunno, i can understand how life can be unbearable...i didn't have a too much fun during high school but i hung in there...things will change for a better--i think what you need more is a change of scenery from your school and enter college. Once you are in college, a whole new world is now open to you and things then should change for the better I hope. You can't supress your feelings or rush them to get better. They have to naturally change, otherwise, you will feel worse than you are now. | |||

| the purpose of a domain name is to allow people to get to your site using words instead of a series of numbers between 0-255. Therefore, if you register a domain name, you probably can't use free hosting sites like angelfire and geocities because those places have their own IP address(es). hosting is basically a computer with a globally known, unique IP address that people can find your website. If you use angelfire or geocities, you are using their IP address to allow people to find you. To be able to put stuff on their computers, they both provide a web interface and FTP interface to give you a way to pretend you are at the computer they are storing your files on. If you connect to the Internet, you have an IP address. As a result, it is possible for you to provide hosting on your own computer by installing web serving software like Apache. If you do not get a lot of traffic, that is probably the cheapest way to go. |

| try a new power supply -- if you get same results, the motherboard is the problem. another thing could be that the power supply should be set to 115V because that is how much voltage is entering your home. Typically, commercial places have 230V coming in and they would set the power supply that way. | |||

| The 4th byte in 32-bit coloring is the alpha bit for alpha transparency. If you set those 8 bits to be all 1, you have 100% transparency i believe. As for having all blue, why don't you print out the hex you are sending to the painter... |

| i see...well, college is one way to produce change. It my method of how I guess my life turned a little better. So, for you, you need some type of change instead of the constant environment you are at. There are some people I know who took a break from school so you could try that. in the end, my suggestion of change of scenery is what i think will help you the most right now. The sooner you can get a change of scenery, the sooner things will improve | |||

Not sure what the best place for this but here it is  The other day, my friend asked me, "Why do you stay away from religion?" I was surprised from this question because this is the first time my religion participation was framed this way. Typically, when people ask me about my religion participation, they usually ask, "Why aren't you religious?" or "Why are you atheist?" I answer those questions in some fashion that gives an impression that I just am not interested or indifferent. But this question, "Why do you stay away from religion?" makes me feel that someone thinks that I've turned my back on religion. That's impossible since I was never religious to begin with... But anyways, that is my question, "Why do you stay away from religion?" if you do not follow one. For those who follow one, I guess the appropriate question is, "Why is religion necessary to your life?" |

| i think it also depends on the stuff you have installed. I know when I install printer management software for my desktop computer, standby and hibernation no longer work because of conflicts with the printer management software. So, possibly, it could be the case that something is interfering with this mode. Even then, I really don't understand why you need standby because your computer is still on (i.e. CPU fans are still running) |
