| (off: it is okay...don't worry about it) you don't understand...i am space and time itself  however, it takes a lot of work to manipulate both so i don't often do it...neotransotaku pulls out his glaive and uses it to block KP9000's matter blade. then with his free hand, neotransotaku pulls out his gun, engages its energy bullet mode, and fires at point blank range. if any bullet hit KP9000, the very least they do is push him back... |

| maybe you should start up win2k without a mouse. and then shut down the computer and start it up with a mouse and hope that windows will reinstall the mouse with a wheel. if that doesn't work, then well, i'm not sure what else you can do except to see if BIOS has mouse settings and try to disable that. btw, is your mouse USB or PS/2 or serial? |

| hmm...looking over your proposal has one flaw: someone using an IP that someone abused before that person used it. say, someone before me used IP 169.254.95.99 and the limit was 5 accounts and maxed the 5 in 5 minutes. Therefore, the next person who was IP 169.254.95.99 and wants to register is out of luck... Therefore, a reg cap is a good idea, just as long as it isn't a permanent one. |

| Well, ActiveX is still actively used by the only people who found it useful, Microsoft. ActiveX can still be seen if you try to view Office Documents in IE and maybe a few other things that Microsoft. Other than that, I really do not know any third party stuff that uses ActiveX but I may be wrong... |
