| SPACE STATION Astro moves to the side, but one of his spheres get in the way of the shattering sword attack, and shatters. Astro quickly calls his remaining sphere to his hand and launches it at Zeron in a lightning fast volley. The sphere will shock Zeron if it touches him. "I'm finished, Astro!" "Let 'em have it!" "Solar Shock!" Star fires a bolt of rainbow energy at APH powerful enough to plow through 10 feet of steel. The bolt doesn't move fast like a buster shot; the attack is similar to a Heavy Cruiser gliding through a melee dogfight in space, it's slow, powerful and plowing. |

We must fight as a team. Remember the vial-throwing technique we used against Boomer and Nijote? We could do that with your Magic Yoyo with even more efficiency." |

| An impressed Schwa laughs. "That is both incredible and foolish. What if, perhaps, Earth suddenly disappeared... What would happen to the moon? Let's find out." Schwa moves his hands in an oval pattern, and the well implodes, disappearing in a tenth of a second. Janus is sent flying, as the gravity keeping him from leaving orbit is all the sudden, just not there. Schwa leaps up and fires a psychic beam at him on Janus's way down. "That is why nature is so symbotic... Remove one element and the whole thing collapses." |

| OOC: I apologize for my lack of posts. Dang, this story goes by fast. Team Gemini stare at Siryx. "There are several people in each planet with knowledge of spiritual energy beyond that of experts. I haven't met any, though..." At that moment, Ami picks up a telepathic message, and her crystal glows as the message speaks to her. "Do not seek spiritual knowledge by yourself... Let it come to you!" The message was from Schwa. Ami has abilities that allow her to feel things way better than anyone else, things such as visions or other's emotions. Ami touches Korra's shoulder in a Wait Here gesture. "Whoa, Ami, you think we should stay?" Korra askes, and Ami nods. Korra, sensing uncanny faith in Ami's eyes, nods in agreement with her. "Siryx, I believe if we wait for a while, answers will come to us." Korra thinks to himself, "But how do I think this? Ami isn't ordinary, I know that much, but... How do I get these feelings so vividly? I so wish Ami would tell me her thoughts..." |

| Schwa steps forward and to the side, letting the hammer miss him but being hit by Janus. But Schwa also grabs Janus by the arm and throws him straight up in the air before wincing. Schwa holds his arm pointed at Janus, and swirls of emerald light pour out of his palm and surround Janus, trapping him in an orb of green and suspending him in the air. "Psi Vortex B!" The green light is delicate and can be disrupted easily... If Janus frees himself before 6 seconds, this attack has no effect. Schwa calls out, "C'mon, lad, you don't want to go through this over again!" |

| OOC: Dracoon, YOU thought of this?? You're awesome! "What is THAT?" a voice says to himself from above the clouds. It's Schwa, in futuristic, crystal-knitted armor, riding through the air on a crystal disc. He waves his hand, and the armor and disc disintegrate and exit the Material Plane. Schwa falls gracefully to the ground, and creates a cloud of ether below him upon landing to prevent himelf from being hurt. Schwa stares at the huge building. "The Sim-Battle Audutorium and Cafeteria. Whoa! It's Star! And Janus! And the White Light group, Lord Rahl..." Tears appear under Schwa's blindfold. "All my significant battle mates are here." He runs inside. Schwa gets to one of the seats. "Look, it's been reserved for me! ME!" Schwa then gets a telepathic message from soneone familiar. "See, Schwa? Your kind work in the Material Plane was not for nothing. You have touched the lives of many, made many friends, and gave the world a gift. Enjoy yourself for a while. Today is your day off." Sensae's message ends, and Schwa overcomes his tears. "This is like a sanctuary." Schwa walks over to Star. "Hey, it's me, Schwa. We fought a demon together. How's life been treatin' ya?" |

| Schwa has been listening intently to Janus and Star. "You think I should fight without my Spiritual powers? I don't know if I can. I'd have to learn to use a sword or staff, then if I lost hold of my weapon in battle I'd be helpless." Schwa thinks a while. "I think you should know, Janus... I was 12 when I took the Pact. Before that, I knew how to use weapons. But I used them for the wrong reasons. I wanted power... but something told me, as I entered the PsiPalace, that my spirit needed something better than power. It needed Honor. So when I took the Pact, I chose never to use my weapons again, as they marked the old me. And the old me was not cool." Schwa walks over to APH and sits down. "You hungry? Figures, you're always thinking about food. What's on the menu?" Schwa picks up a menu nearby. "Hmm... Macaroni n' Cheese... Cheese Pizza... Oh, here's a good one. Egg Bomb served with Pepper and Dates. Looks explosive." Soon, Schwa puts down the menu. "Bah, I'm not in the mood to eat. APH, tell me about your most recent adventure, will you?" |

| "Goodbye, Bowser." Schwa dashes to Bowser, leaps in the air and comes down on Bowser's underside with a flying kick coated in red ether. Then, for the combo, he grabs Bowser by the hands, flips him over and throws him down the cliff. Schwa walks back to APH. "Don't worry, folks, Bowser always returns in the end. He'll be fine." |

| Janus has broken free, but not quick enough to avoid the dastardly Psi Vortex B. Though Janus's earlier hit on Schwa freed him from Psi Vortex A, the variation may affect Janus for worse... or it may not be as harmful. Who knows? "You are only as old as you make yourself," Schwa reminds. "You are very active still, as I, making us both young in a sense. Let me explain about Psi Vortex B. This affliction causes all your attacks to be based on a single element. That element is random, but all your attacks will consist of that element until you can free yourself by hitting me. For example, your melee hammer attack may release a burst of fire from now on... or ice, or thunder, wind... There are many kinds of element types. Why don't you attack me and discover what you have been bound to?" OOC: This is actually good for you because you're the one telling me what element it is. |

OOC: Really??? Oh, sorry! Usually I can always think of something to post, but then again I'm naturally quick-minded. I didn't think about that much.  The last Buster Beetle falls, and Tuxydon, charging at Schwa, stops mid-charge. "My power is gone! I will awaken all my followers with this attack." Tuxydon starts charging up in a way similar to Alpha Gamma Omega, only dust-grey ether is coating him. "I won't let you!" Schwa screams, as he chants a prayer. "Thy next attack determines The fate of our battle. Spirits, come to me! Let us be one in our final assult." Schwa holds a fist high in the air, as white light that pours out of nowhere surrounds his fist. Three blurs of color are swirling around the fist as well, Red (Virtue), Gold (Respect) and Blue (Honor). The sight of this terrifies Tuxydon, but he keeps charging up. Schwa sends a telepathic message to APH. "Stop Tuxydon's charging ability with an accurate shot." |

| OOC: Yes, everyone not underground can hear the telepathic message. "Bel, you can go investigate if you want, but we're dead set on helping Siryx fir--" "Blessed are those with hope. Korra, you were smart to trust your sister's feelings. I am a Psi Warrior, an expert in Spiritual Physics. Just here to help." Korra and Ami look up, and a figure in futuristic armor riding a flying crystal disc soars through the sky. It circles down to where Team Gemini and Siryx stand, then the figure waves a hand, and the armor and disc disintegrate out of existance. Schwa falls to the ground, landing on his feet with a small burst of ether to protect himself. "Hello, kids. You are Korrachi and you are Amiachi, the two of you make up Team Gemini." Schwa turns away from the stunned twins to Bel. "You are Bel, a warrior," now he turns to Siryx, "And you are Siryx, a Raichu inhabited by an evil shadow. Am I right, anyone?" |

| SPACE STATION When Solar Shock hits the Prism, it is absorbed inside... causing the Prism to emit light in ALL directions that's as bright as the sun. It's also sending out shockwaves. Meanwhile, Zeron destroys the sphere without recieving a shock. "Uh oh," Astro yelps, "I'm running out of options! Fine then. Copy Vision!" Astro flies high into the air, where 2 identical holograms of Astroman appear to his left and right. All 3 figures are exactly the same looking, and they swoop down and fire electric orbs at Zeron. Star is not affected by the Prism light. "The second one will hit." Star begins to charge up another Solar Shock... INFINITE BALCONY The airship tears upon the explosions hitting it, and Tengu and Gyro are thrown into the abyss by the explosions that hit them. Right before they disappear from view, sparks surround them and they waver out of existance. A voice booms in the area... "Tenguman, Gyroman, you have failed. Dracoon! Bass! Stop this fooling around. You are robots, like us. You don't need humans. So stop fighting for them." The half-destroyed airship starts plummeting. "Let's get out of here!" Bass decides as he prepares to jump to the low platform... |

It's true that the recipitent of Psi Vortex B's personality sometimes determines the results. Wow, I still have a lot to learn. Well... anyway, we've got a sparring match to get to, I believe. Omega Psibeam." Schwa launches this attack at Janus for the second time so far in this fight, knowing that with Janus's new element type, he'll be resistant to almost anything Schwa can throw at him. |

| OOC: WhoawhoaWHOA... Nasty. If we let the people decide the winner in their eyes, I might get competitive and nasty. One reason I don't join tournaments is because it's kinda like keeping score, and when I play a scored game I lose my sense of fun and only think about winning. Then when someone DOES win, it makes it seem like they're better than everyone who lost because they did something someone else couldn't. And this time winners will be decided by opinion? Ugh, it's an unpleasant thought. Personally I think that if we were going to have judges, let the fighting combatants decide, just like they do in normal sim-battles. See, these battles are determined by nothing except words. We never try to win in these battles, we just try to keep a realistic story going, right? It doesn't matter who wins and who loses. We just go with the flow. Since everyone who's posted on this thread so far respects the rules, we should have no problem being realistic about the winner. Get what I'm saying? |

| OOC: True, but if Janus can use the Ether-trick like Schwa, he's got an extremely formidable defense. If. Oh, Schwa still takes damage from holy moves, but he's resistant. The trick with holy energy is that it increases in strength depending on the character's goodness level. (Remember, "For every block a strike, for every strike a block." Something my old Karate teacher told me in real life.) Schwa smiles again. That's getting annoying. "Soon you will be called to think of a way to think. I summon my Emotional Rockets." Schwa holds a hand up, and three cones of energy appear next to him that float in midair-- this time they're about 1/2 the size of javelins. One is blue, one yellow and one red. "As I have aged, I have learned to treat my opponents with respect, but also to take battle very seriously. Just remember that this, although just a sparring match, is still a fight just as real as any. Defend yourself against your own mind!" Schwa points at Janus, and with a gold flash, the yellow cone points at Janus and flies at him. Worse still, it is coated in an ether that makes elemental attacks virtually helpless to destroy the rocket. |
