| Korra and Ami exchange glances. Korra speaks. "You shouldn't be attacking random people. I think we could all be good friends, actually. I don't especially want to fight today, seeing at how peaceful the scene was before Ami brought us down. But if battle is your only state of mind, as peacekeepers we must bring your anger to rest. So you want team attacks, you got it!" Korra holds his right hand up, and it starts morphing like liquid metal. Within 4 seconds it has formed an arm cannon. "Ami, set me up with Mirror Beam." Ami closes her eyes mysteriously, and the crystal in her helmet gains a grey spiral pattern. She reaches over and places her palm on Korra's cannon, transferring the pattern to the cannon. "It's a neat talent to share our natural abilities with each-other. Though these are Ami's abilities, she can't use them without a cannon. I act as her cannon, she acts as my ammo. We function as one. So bring it on, both of you!" Korra poses, Ami nods approvingly. Not known to Destin and Serra, Mirror Beam equipped onto Korra is way more dangerous than anyone knows. |

| Thank you, thank you all. I haven't had much time to work on the hack recently, but I want to share some more of my progress. Thanks to the fact that I recently learned Hex editing (Thanks Googie!), I've managed to change the names of the levels. But I'm not too happy with my name for Spark Man's level... The tricky rule is that the first word is up to 6 letters long, the second word up to 4. It's kind of limiting, but the other 7 names are good. The thing is that I'm naming the LEVEL names, not the boss names this time. Does anyone have an idea for Spark Man's level name that's better than "Mecha Web"? I'll have a screenshot of the stage select screen soon so you can all see what I've got. |

| OOC: Yellow Demon is easy compared to this dude... The sphere finishes morphing after 30 seconds... it is now a palace-sized, beetle-shaped turret imbedded into the ground. Made of smooth chrome, this enemy has a thick shell around it's whole body except it's eyes, and it has four cannons on it's body; one on either side of it's face, one out of it's forehead at an angle, and one right above that at a higher angle. The beetle can't move, but it can turn real well. It's robotic voice is very loud. "I am... Critical Mass. Hungry for battle. Dimmension created me. He is invincible. I am equipped with twin laser cannons, twin flamethrowers, a bomb cannon and a shrapnel cannon. I am invincible. My purpose is to eliminate the enemies of Dimmension. You are the enemy. You may all attack me first, but I am invincible. I will eliminate you." The beetle faces all of it's enemies with it's large, black eyes, ready for them to attack. |

| Korra and Ami look at the swords. "Oh great," Korra comments. "Ami, let's not lose our cool. Shaa!" Korra fires straight up in the air the Mirror Beam. It's a huge beam of damaging light that rockets straight up. Then Ami's crystal flashes, and suddenly the beam changes direction as if reflected off an invisible mirror. Now it plummets straight to Destin. Korra has a grudge against Destin for attacking him without warning earlier, and Ami can sense that. Unknown to the foes, Ami is the one who designates the virtual mirror. Korra hopes for the best. | |||

| Korra stares at the staff embedded in his cannon, which had automatically stopped mid-blast when the opening was attacked. For some reason, he smiles. His hand begins to morph like liquid metal, back into a hand. His cannon is now a normal hand holding Teddylot's staff. In some amazing way or another, Korra morphed his hand back and grabbed the staff at the same time. "Nice weapon, Teddylot! Not that I know how to use it like you, so... here you go." Korra tosses the staff back to Teddylot in a way so he could easily catch it. "I don't believe in using the weapons of my foe to beat the foe. But next time I get a hold of your weapon, it's a goner. Got it? Good. "Now as for the fight... I wouldn't want to fight you 2 on 1, so I'll wait until Jester gets back before we beat you. But in the meantime, Ami, how 'bout we charge the Team Buster with Burst Bomb?" Korra's hand morphs back into a cannon, and Ami's crystal changes it's pattern to a red-and-yellow spiral. She places her palm on the cannon, transferring the pattern to the cannon. The Team Buster is now equipped with Burst Bomb, and the air surrounding the cannon feels warm. | Before Janus can hit the barrel, Critical Mass's eyes light up... and an electric field covers the beetle carpace, shocking Janus and launching him away. "Also equipped with thousands of shock generators under shell. Also makes heat field to absorb energy attacks. Elimination goal under way." While Janus is in midair, Critical Mass turns the lower center cannon toward him and fires a heavy, explosive cannonball in his direction. Next comes Dracoon's attack. The beetle's two side cannons aim at the expanding crack and douse it with gasoline flames. Obviously that doesn't do a thing. "Something is wrong. Moving object still moving." The fissure reaches it and creates a small pit under the beetle, dropping it lower into the ground and throwing off it's balance. "Must stabilize self. Activating gripping spikes." Several steel claws come out of the center pole Critical Mass turns upon, and grip the ground firmly, gaining back his stability. Critical Mass turns to Dracoonx4, and it can be noticed that he turns slower now. "Moving opening came from target Dracoonx4. Race, Reploid. Stats: Defense, med-low. Offense, very high. Speed, med-high. Weakness: searching, searching..." Critical Mass continues this data search for a while, leaving himself open to another attack by anyone. |

| Schwa stares at the remote. "Hmm... this one is the one, I believe." Schwa presses a button, and a hologram comes up showing what happened right before Yiusi left. A cute girl in gold robes is facing Dracoon in the sunset. "You don't understand," Yiusi explains. "The reason I'm leaving is because Yorra has fulfilled his destiny. When The Oracle created me, she gave me one purpose and that was to help Yorra. Now that the Buster Beetles are united, my work is done, forever. Thank you all for supporting me... now I must go. Goodbye!" Yiusi starts to glow brighter, and brighter... soon, her form is surrounded by a white orb of energy. Then it dissolves, and a figure falls from it and crumples to the ground. It's Schwa. Slowly Schwa opens his eyes, and looks around. Schwa talks for a while with Dracoonx4. "That's what happened. Does that help?" Schwa askes. He thinks APH should be the one operating the remote, not himself. |

| OOC: Okay, so I believe this attack deals light damage followed by darkness damage. "Whoa, the scenery! Aaaa!" Korra is cut off short as blinding light only seen by Korra and Ami overcomes them. Though Ami is half-resistant to light damage, Korra is stunned and half-paralyzed by this burst. Then they are overcome by DARKNESS. Korra's suit renders him 30% resistant to darkness damage, but Ami doesn't have much of a defense against this and she cries out in fear. The darkness lifts, leaving a dazzled Team Gemini in it's place. Korra stumbles to Ami's side. "Ami, it was an illusion. Overcome it." Korra helps her up and she fights away the fear. Now Ami places her palm against Korra's helmet, curing him of his dazzling condition. A furious Korra turns to face Destin. "How DARE YOU! Attack me all you want, that's fine! But overcoming my sister with evil, THAT is uncalled for! Ami, power boost!" Ami runs over and places a glowing palm on Korra's shoulder. Now Korra's right arm glows silver and he points it toward Destin, as a huge orb of electricity forms around the arm. It is launched at Destin at amazing velocity and is strong enough to knock an armored elephant back. "I'll make you pay! Darkness lover!" He follows this with a bunch of small spheres aimed in a flurry. |

| Korra takes the hit, but grabs Destin by the wrist and throws his sword away. Then his arm glows silver as he flows hundreds of volts through Destin's body, nonstop. "Brat? No way! Nobody overcomes Ami! NOBODYYYYYY!!! Korra continues to shock Destin, as Ami stands back, partially afraid but partially satisfied with Korra's doing. However, Ami very well knows that Korra would overheat and die if he continued to shock his foe. She also knows that Korra would probably not stop until it was too late due to his rage. This upsets her inside, but an unexplainable feeliing tells her that peace will come from this fight, and that both Destin and Korra will be okay. |

All of the sudden, back in the present, Schwa disappears in the blink of an eye! One instant he's there, the next he's not. He just... vanished. |

| Korra seethes with rage. "Why should we stop, girl? This is an all-out battle of vengence. Your light attack didn't hurt Ami too much, but HE overcame her with darkness! Such an evil act deserves death! I mean, look at Ami! She's so peaceful but she can't even speak! Who would try to corrupt someone like her and for WHAT reason!?" Ami stands there, staring at Korra, with tears in her eyes. She looks desperate to say something, but some emotion is holding her back. Korra stares back at her and his heart softens, until he too bursts into tears. |

| OOC: The scanners are his eyes. The blast damages the beetle's two red eyes slightly, but he finishes scanning. "searching... Weakness: Pride. ...Compuders indicate large amount of irony." Bass runs to Dracoon's side. "I've fought things bigger than that. Let's try this: Remote Mines!" Bass's orange lining changes to maroon as he switches abilities. Learned from Pirateman in an earlier adventure, the Remote Mine was a powerful bomb that could be detonated at any time by the user. Bass leaps up and fires a remote mine at the beetle's eyes. Meanwhile, Janus's fire attack scorches part of the base of the beetle but that's about it. "Firey threat detected. Now comparing strengths of two flames." Critical Mass aimes it's twin cannons at Janus, and is right about to envelop him in gas-powered flamethrowers... but he may have a chance to dodge first. |

| "Okay, I'll go with you," Yiusi suddenly says. "If the beetles aren't really united then my destiny really ISN'T fulfilled. And that makes me mad. I almost died in Schwa's body, for crying out loud! So take me with you. I'm ready whenever you are." OOC: If Yiusi goes with Star, Origin will have never existed, so the demon wizard would be released again plus Schwa will have never have learned some of the new moves he has. PLUS, the battle with Dracoon, Blue and Schwa won't have existed either, so Tuxydon would have a different body and probably wouldn't have been defeated by Dracoon... Geez, time travel is confusing. |

| Korra is almost completely overwhelmed in his mixed emotions. He falls to his knees and starts shaking uncontrollably. He still manages to say something. "He reminds me of myself... lost in senseless emotions. I want to know about my past, I must know... I want to know how to overcome the emotion that holds Ami back... There's so much I must know and there's no way to know..." He begins crying again. Ami suddenly runs up and squeezes Korra in a huge hug. Secretly she whispers, "Don't cry Korrachi." "So is this battle over or what?" Korra askes. "If you still want a friendly sparring match, we'll gladly accept. I'm just glad our anger is over. But I do have one question." Korra sighs after a pause. "Why did you shoot fire at us in the first place?" |
