| Awww jeeze, ok here goes. I registered on the board when I got my new computer. Actually, it was about a month later. (Feb '01) At the time, I was dating this one chick and had been going out with her for almost two years. Me and her brother used to be friends but had since became bitter rivals. We hated each other. I hated his friends too. Well, over the course of a week, I hacked into her brothers icq account and his livejournal account. Also, hacked into one of his friends hotmail and icq account. And hacked into another one of his friends livejournal account. I got stupid and milked it for all it was worth. I posted a bunch of stuff, had many a icq chats, and sent out several e-mails to everyone on his address list. I even admitted to it when people asked it was me. Just because I wanted them to know. Bastards. Then I heard a rumor that they were trying to file charges against me and what have you. I dismissed it as being bullshit. One morning I wake up to my mom telling me that the cops were there to take away my computer. You know that sinking feeling you get in your chest after you realize that everything just went totally and utterly wrong and that your life just went to hell? Yeah, that's what I got. So I stood there and watched them as they packed up everything. And I mean EVERYTHING. They even took my copy of Unreal Tournament and The Sims. I thought that was weird. A few weeks later I get a call from the police station and they told me to go down there so I could be arrested and processed. Shows you how ghetto my town is. So I go down there and I don't even get the cuff treatment. Pssh. Oh, and when you get arrested and they take your prints, they really take your prints. They had like 90 different angles for each finger. Made me do finger rolls and shit. After that, I panicked and joined the Air Force. I had planned on it but not for a few years. I thought that if they knew I was arrested, they wouldn't let me in. So two weeks later, I was in basic training. That just goes to show you how quickly your life can drastically change. Before I left, the public defender told me that there was a 3 year statue of limitations. Well, as of last March, it's been 3 years. I never got a court date or even so much as heard a word about it again. I guess I got away with it.  Now all I have to do is claim my 888mhZ Dell computer that's sitting in some crimelab in Washington. It's probably ripped to shreds by now buy I still want it. Actually, I need to call my parents and get them to call around and see how I get it back. It probably wont be easy but I want it for nostalgic purposes. So I guess my lesson would be this. Don't believe people when they say you can't get arrested for breaking into simple accounts. Fact is, you can. (At least in the States, I don't know about other countries.) You can, and you will if they have reasonable belief that you did it. I was a moron and admitted it to everyone. Except the cops of course, I didn't say a damn word to them.  Woooo! |

| Here's something fun to try... Look up "magic punk" in google. See the very first result? My blog bitches. >=D Yeah, I've been playing this here and there. My record is 12-3. Actually, it should be 12-4 next time I log on because the client crashed on me mid-game last night before I went to bed. I plan on spending a lot more time with it this weekend. It's a puzzle game and it's fun. What more can be said really? |

| I don't know about the rest of you but I had a GREAT time with that thread last night. So did several people here and in irc. This thread is kind of offsided because those people haven't posted here yet so it would appear that everyone is against what happened last night. But there's many people who don't have a problem with it at all. And what the fuck? When did you all become bleeding hearts concerned with the well treatment of ALL users? Ha. A huge majority of you all have made fun of at LEAST one user if not more here at the board. And Yiffy Kitten isn't second guessing anything for he isn't the one who banned Kario in the first place. Don't jump to conclusions. And if you want to get technical about it, Kario was worse than all of us in that thread. We made fun of him but he straight out flamed us by calling all of us (the whole board, not just the posters in the thread) quote "assholes". If someone can't take a bit of mockery, then what has this world come to? If I made a post/thread that people thought was stupid, then by all means, make fun of me. I'll laugh along with you granted it wasn't a dead serious topic. I know that sarcasm is dead at this board for the most part. But is cracking a few jokes and having a crazy time here and there dead as well? |

| "Because he's backed into a proverbial corner, where every 30 seconds a new post pops up insulting him. Is he supposed to just sit there and take it? He's only human, after all. So am I. It's not like we made any personal attacks to his race, religion, or creed. We didn't attack his family or anything such as that. We made fun of the fact that he thought it necessary to update us about his personal life after returning from a ban. We did some mockery after that. No harm, no foul. Seriously, I really don't see why anyone would be so offended at that. There's no reason to be. I'm sure even most 9 year olds would laugh along with us if it was them in Kario's shoes. And Eyebarb, I agree. If you flame me, I'm not going to cry myself to sleep about it. I don't expect anyone else to take my flames/insults/mockery seriously either. | Hmm... I thought the gp was based on how good your opponents record was. That was just a guess though. And they should make it where you can buy new spells and such. That would be great.
