well seamingly a handdrawn would ALWAYS be better for the flower and the feather powerup if you can somehow add a face on it O_o being all the other powerups have a face (mushroom star flower)

it would be nifty if this hex editor showed the asm opcodes equivalence to hex O_o ez asm hacking without knowing hte hex-asm conversions

if you have access to a compiler learn VB or C very high level if ya dont know it it'll give ya an idea how lower level things might run if ya figure the higher level languages run on a low level language in the end

Posted on 09-21-04 02:09 AM, in arranging screens for editor Link
Hey the game im making an editor for is being rather... annoying yet again
when it loads lets say the first level its not a straight level it has screens that go up and down and such so lets say [x] represents a used screen and [o] represents unused
[X][o][o][o][o][o][o][o][o][o][o][o]
[X][o][o][o][o][o][o][o][o][o][X][X]
[X][X][X][X][o][o][o][o][o][o][X][o]
[o][o][o][X][X][X][X][X][X][X][X][o]
figuring thats only a portion of the level it seams to load the screens a row at a time and not by the order in which the x's are so the first X (left to right) is the first screen
the 2nd is right under it and 3 and 4 are way to the other side in that row! makes the editor hard to use so was wondering if there was any ideas on how i can load it into an editor
