I'm using a wacom on my dual screen computer and it doesn't work like you. I can draw on both of my monitors without any problems. However, I usually disable my secondary screen because I want to use the entire space of my wacom instead of only the left side of it. (Left side draw on my primary screen while the right side on my secondary).

I'm using 2 video cards like you, so I guess it might only be a drivers issue.

Samurai Champloo.

This is by far the greatest anime ever, IMO of course. I also check some Grenadier, Naruto.. but Samurai Champloo is better.
