When I go to buy something I get an error:

I ripped the soney castle tileset and am using it in my my SMW hack. As soon as I asemble a level I will load a shot. I also ripped a set that I love. Its got stone blocks with moss green stuff on them. Its used in...some levels in world 3. I think the end of the harry the hedgehog level. I can upload a shot of the level with the mountain face BG, and a few others in a few minutes.

Just open the editor. Now from the bottom line count 7 lines up. On that seventh line is mario's palette. If you want just change his palette thru the drop down list to the right. You will see what colors change...thats mario's palette.

Okay, anyone still into this? Anyway, I want to create a new sprite command. I was playing YI and there is a level where the screen scrolls left. I would like to get one of these into my game, but still keep all the right scrolling sprites.

And if possible a sprite that scrolls up/down. Maby even one that scrolls both ways depending on the on/off switch position. On= right, Off= left. How do I go about this?

yep, its got (from left to right)

0. Black
1. white
2. black

3 shades of brown
a few red, purple and peach colours.
then some blue.

If you see this kind of layout (or something like that) then your on the right track

Okay, I whipped up a small portion of the stoney castle set. I really hate assembling it Its a real pain...

I am aware of some palette errors, but the crab palette can't be changed It runs of the mario palette...

What? This a joke or something...? EDIT: Refering to the spoiler.

Also, you can do some glitches with the pipes if you have a Yoshi. Standing on one of the pipes and trying to go down it with Yoshi wont work. So stand on one being on yoshi, jump up and then fire mario off Yoshi into the air. Then just hold down and sometimes you can bring yoshi with you down the pipes. It can also kill you tho. I used this glitch in the pipe special world.

Ya, I was thinking about getting some clouds in there. I made all of these (except 2) about a week ago, so they really haven't been touched in a while. I just made an exact palette copy of each BG from YI> SMW. I also assembeld the BG exactly as they appear in YI.

Thanks for the complements I will start YI hacking when the Eggvine program gets graphic loading. I have some cool ideas in mind for it I love cave levels and forest levels

I think castle...7 (?) has a secret exit to it. Its a really easy exit too. Look for an arrow on a block and stand above it. Then press up to enter a door. Grab the key there you go.

You can always read the SDW faqs if your really stuck. I only have 109 exits, and its been like that for monthes I still haven't done some of special world tho so...that may be all I have to do.

No,no no. What I mean is I probably wont start hacking YI until eggvine shows YI graphics. I just can't work with the wireframe boxes. I LOVE YI graphics. I wont be using new graphics for a hack if I make one either. I could NEVER make graphics as good as the YI ones. I think that there will be people who rip SMW graphics and use them in YI tho...

IMO, the best N64 Emulator is Daedalus. It can run goldeneye on my computer. My computer has 64 Ram and is 46 Mhz!!!! This thing is pure garbage! Anyway, it runs on my computer at about 3 frames per second (ugg...) and it has to be run with no sound. With sound it wuns at around 0.96-2 frames per second. I can't wait to get my new computer!!

What? am I wrong with this or something? My computer (well, my moms not mine) is from 1998...Im getting a new one in two monthes and my mom is getting my old one. She doesn't use the computer to much anyway...

I was thinking...because you can change what music plays in SMW in certain levels, would Fu have had to find the music offsets for SMW? And then for eggvine (I dont know if that changes music) if that changes music would squash monster have had to find the music offsets? I am more wanting to have YI music than SMAS...

Also, when you beat bowser (SMW) and the ending credits role, isn't the song that plays from SMB2! It sounds like the first level song...but I dont think that it can be used in LM for the levels...

Blackhole, how's this SS program coming along? Can it edit music yet? Even just SFX? Like, have you any new music that your able to play in SMW? About how close is it to completion?

Pic number...

1. Way to bright. Make the BG a dark background (0C I think). Also the poles in the BG are messed up.

2. Looks good

3. 1st ones good, Bg gray areas may want to be a purple colour. 2nd one is very cool! Looks like night time, I like that one.

4. Use the second shot. But one thing, keep the BG color in the second shot, but use the FG color from the first shot. Maby making it brown for the FG would look better.

I loved Luigi's Adventure and Im sure this one will be just as good!!

Comments on the shots:

1. Aren't these vines from SDW:TLC? I know these ones are thiner, but is that where you got the idea?

2. Best shot, can't wait to get to this level...I love the musrooms, and the cave ground and the BG very well done

3. Lookin good. Nice edit for those SMB3 bush things. More 3Dish.

4. I like this shot. Reminds me of a crose between SMB2 and SMB3. I love that wiggler replacement! The tree looks good too!

*downloads* keep up the good work!! BTW, are you still doing Luigi's Adventure 2?

oh, I see. would you, or anyone else happen to know the value of the credit song for SMW? I am almost 100% sure that songs from SMB2 and I want to use that for some levels. I can work with hex editors, I just need the number and some level offsets...

Pretty much every hack right now has custom blocks. If you go to the completed hack thread at the top, it will say wether a hack has cusom blocks or not. Why do you want to know anyway?
