| Star landed right when NeoBowser had teleported away, Seraph stuck into the ground. Star pulled the sword out and looked around at the doors. "Damn! I have to get to him!" Destin and Serra looked at Star in suprise, still not completely sure of who he was, and Destin almost thought it was NeoBowser. He approached, but he could feel living energy in Star that was human. "We have to split up. I can go one way, even without a weapon, I should be able to fight with a shie--" Before Destin could finish Star took his old sword from his waist and tossed it to Destin. "Umm... nevermind. I guess I'll use this." "Don't lose it, I'll need that after I'm done with this place. You can channel certain energy from it, it is different with each person though. Mine just happened to be lightning." Star looked at the nine doors and reached out his senses. "Seraph, if you know the way to the Dark Weapon's soul, tell me." "Ok Serra, I'll take the door on the far right." Destin walked over to the door, hesitaed, opened it and walked in. "Ok Destin, be careful." "Siryx, come with me, I'll make sure you are set free." Serra walked over to the door right next to the one Destin had entered and waited for Siryx. "Bel, choose any door you want, but remember, don't get careless." |

| Ziff, sometimes you just sum up everything so well. Really, it shouldn't matter. People do this because they are focused only on negative things and never look at both sides. Polotics is just a bunch of bullshit people thinking they are important. They try to press their beliefs on other people having the attitude that they are always right. They can never accept being wrong or stopping and seeing if they are doing something smart. They lie, they persecute, they pretend to care, and yet, people don't see through the act. Rich people shouldn't be running our government, and niether should any other group, but a mixture of all people. It would stop stuff like this from happening. |

| I don't think it is a good idea to just completely forget about something Andrew. Everything that happens teaches you something, you just need to learn what it is teaching you. Ok, first off, he said he wouldn't leave you and so he won't. Simple and probably meaningless, but you have to trust him. You'll be fine here I'm sure if you just trust him. Second, choosing what you want to be is really hard to decide, you said you like English though, and you also said you were shy. Look at a few jobs that revolve around English, but not around people. Third, and last, always choose to go to school if you get the chance. My brother regrets not going even though he is living a good life. For the first year, just take some basic courses, Math, Science, English, Social Studies/Government. No one on these boards can really make the choice for you, we can suggest things, but ultimately you have to make the choice of what you are doing. Yes life can be tough sometimes, but you have to continue with it so it can get better one day. Remember, although it is night now, day's not that far away. |

I stick with EB games, they have a good selection, and eventhough they rip you off on trade-ins they have a knowledgable staff. |

"Ok, but I don't think you'll have to worry about Destin, he took the other door." Serra looked at Siryx, wondering if he was going to be ok, she didn't want to drag him to far into this. It could eventually hurt him. "Ok... point me to one of the essences. I think I better start with those." Star looked at all the doors again, seeing Bel just standing there. "You better hurry into a door, you don't want to be left behind do you?"

Star walked through the door, ending up with all the mirriors in front of him. He looked to the mountain one and walked over to it. He braced himself and walked into it. He could feel Origin's pressence around, but he could also feel that something was wrong with it. |
"Star... what you are feeling is a copy of me... Niether light nor darkness can possess me, but a copy is easy to create... Watch what you do... he may not be the real me... but he isn't far off..." Star heard Origin in his mind. Star immediatly knew that Origin was still in his tower, watching the entire thing. Origin was the closest thing to an earthbound god, his power was very strong, but he was just a balance in a world. He couldn't favor either side if it came down to a choice. "So, where are you! I'll fight you now and destroy you for even thinking about trying to copy Origin." Star waited a second and didn't get a responce. "What? Are you to cowardly to fight me?" Destin also entered the main room, somewhat amused with what was going on. He saw the mirrior and took one that looked somewhat familier. He walked to the forest mirrior, not sure what to expect. He hesitated for a second and jumped in. "Ok Siryx, we should go after my copy first. I don't want to let it slip by my figers." Serra approached the mirrior and waited for Siryx, when he came, she stepped into it. Mean while in the world of balance. "You are both lucky, had I not come when I did, you might have been consumed." A strange reploid had both Luke and Maya in his arms and was almost a mile back from the vortex. "I couldn't stop it from getting a part of you, but whatever it is, it shouldn't be to strong. I suggest you get out of here while you can, anything that comes through, I can deal with." Maya nodded, wide eyed, she had never seen something like this before. When Dracoon let them down, she waited for the oddly calm Luke to start walking away. They had almost fallen into the vortex when it expanded and they both knew it had gotten something from them. Nothing could quite replace what they were, but it wasn't a good idea to go back. The world had been getting replaced and so they thought that was what was happening to them. Had they stayed longer, they might not have been alive. "Well, this isn't very good. I'm glad I'm just technology, or I could be in for a ride. "Damn, I got careless. If I hadn't let some of the darkness onto my tower, I might have been able to stop it from getting a copy of me. If the world changes much more, I'll have to go into action myself." Origin was at the top of his tower, his spear ready and a very powerful aura around himself, his tower, and a good portion of the world beneath it. He couldn't allow for the whole world to be replaced, so all he could do was hope that Star, Serra, Destin, and Bel would hurry up.

I got Speed Demon myself, but this quiz makes me wonder how much the creator played the game. (although this is probably for a joke) I am usually Captain Falcon using his fast attack combos ending with a strong finisher, or Fox. (self explanatory, I value speed and power, but really, they just have to have fire and good fire to, Bowser's sucks.) (edited by Dracoon on 02-01-05 02:25 AM)

As Destin layed on the ground, he fell into a deep sleep, but as soon as he did. Something was disturbing him, someone was trying to reach him, but he couldn't hear them clearly. |
"Destin... up... lay... forever... fight..." Destin started to wake up, he opened his eyes and tried to stand. It took a lot more effort than he expected, but he could hear the voice clearly now. "Destin, wake up, you can't lay there forever. You must wake up and fight!" Destin looked around, fully awake. The voice seemed so familier, but he couldn't place it. "Hero?" "Yes Destin, now hurry up and go!" Destin looked around, noticing Bel, he walked over and tried ot shake Bel awake. "My town used to be full of ninjas and samurias, and all of these people seem to be a little weak for this to be it. I wonder what they could be trying to do..." Serra walked forward a bit, knowing that stopping would just make Siryx uncomfortable. So she kept walking, trying to find her twisted version. "A copy of Origin's tower... How idiotic. He doesn't think that will keep me out, does he?" Star walked towards the door, but he remembered a few things from the real Origin's tower. The tower was full of traps, mazes, and very powerful monsters. Sometimes even a long dead warrior would challenge you. "Well, hopefully this isn't like the real Origin's tower..." Star walked through the doors, expecting to see a very calm base level. He knew the tower like the back of his hand, but it could still be different in this world. "So that is what they have to fight. He wouldn't be so bad, if he fought me directly instead of trying to possess this world." Origin gave his own laugh, he could feel NeoBowser wasn't as powerful as he'd feared, and indeed beatable. Just had to be smart enough.

Sluggishly, Destin walked north as fast as he could. He couldn't let himself be taken by the spell, he had to finish this quickly. "Don't worry about it... if they are just copies of my friends, they won't be that strong." Serra took out Vortex and held it forward. Strong winds began to pick up and soon it was like a mini hurricane trying to blow the ninjas away. "Just don't let them attack me from behind and this should be easy." "Well... that is a great discription." Star hit the button and flipped at the same time, having his feet pointing to the floor that was acting like a cieling and fell towards it. He had to reach the top of the tower the fastest way he could, but had to make sure he didn't fall into a trap.

With next to no time to act, Stacice plants herself firmly on the ground and takes a direct hit to her stomach(all three attacks). She doesn't move though. She just stayed there for a second. She grabs the nearest Jarukoth's arm and brings her face up to look directly at him. Blood was on her lip from the impact from the attack. "You're strong... but that won't beat me!" Stacice threw his arm away and jumped back, long dagger in her hand. "Air Raid!" Stacice slashed upwards at all three of the Jarukoths. The slash was far to far away to actually hit, but little energy pellets began to shoot from the ground very fast, taking any of the Jarukoths that didn't dodge into the air. She slashed down and with this slash energy pellets shot down with it, but that wasn't the end. A few big energy blasts shot down creating explosions all along the ground of where the Jarukoths used to stand. OOC Another combo type move, but the first wave can miss and the second hit or the second miss and the fist hit type of thing.

Destin took off two scales of his armor and shoved them in his ears. He couldn't hear anything at all. He didn't know if the song would still work, but right now all he could do was look around. "Ok... this should work." Serra sheathed Vortex and brought out Lightless and Relentless. She held Lightless up and absolutely everything went dark, all normal senses were devoid of any awareness. Except Serra and Siryx could see in a greyish color, and the rest of their senses were fine. Serra walked calmy towards the nearest ninja and slashed down with Relentless. Relentless flashed and tried to take the ninja's soul with the slash. "Damn!" Star shocked the floor with lightning and his armor at the same time. He stopped falling and started to go back to the floor. As he got closer he shocked his boots and began to walk upside down towards the switch. He hit the switch, ready for the lurch back to normal. "I'm glad lightning can magnatize things... That was to close."

Stacice was caught by surprise (again), but she knew how to block her own attacks. In a rush she threw her long dagger right into the ground. She held her hands together and jumped towards the attack. The Hammer of Might was right between Stacice and Jarukoth. |
"Sphere of Might!" Stacice stretched her hands apart and a sphere of energy reached outward. It was less concentrated than the Hammer of Might, but spins. Making most projectiles deflect. The attack didn't stop going when it hit the Hammer of Might though, it quickly deflected it and became bigger as it came close to Jarukoth, trying to bring him into its spin of energy. "Careful to use my attacks against me, I know how to block them!" "Oh great, another special attack, she is going to kill herself if she doesn't calm down on those." Origin looked worried about the fight. So far Jarukoth was winning and Stacice hadn't landed a good hit on him yet. "I don't think we have to worry about that. Her life force is one of the highest I've ever seen, she should be able to continue fighting for quite a while." Dracoon continued to scan the battle while Star just looked on. "I wish one of them would do something interesting..." Star noticed that nearby watchers were staring at Star, they all thought this battle had showed a great fight so far, hearing someone disagree to something like that seemed a little odd.

Stacice turns her head around, and as the machete swings down, she quickly leaps into the air, bringing the ball of spining energy with her, and does a back flip so the ball tore through the ground, right at the machete swinging demon. "Can't fight on your own Jarukoth?" Before the Sphere of Might even hits Jason, it disappears, leaving Stacice a little shocked. She lands gracefully, or as gracefully as she could, and starts to draw energy into herself. A symbol appears on the ground under her and she continues to hold a prayer like stance. "Efreet!" She throws her hands outward, and a giant of fire raises above her, swinging its giant sword at Jason.

Origin watched Star's progress, but an idea came to him. |
"If that is just a copy of my tower, then if I change my tower, it should change the reflection." Origin stood up and took his spear over to the wall of his tower. He just touched the wall with the tip of his tower, the wall disappeared all at once, leaving a part of the tower bare. "Well, I better get out of here. I wonder what I can do to leave this room..." Star began to look around, hoping for some kind of sign. (You got to tell me if that worked) Destin rushed forward towards what he thought was the source of the song, making sure that he wouldn't end up facing Death to closely. He could feel Star's sword starting to burn under him, trying to do something. He would have to wait for a while. "... oh yeah Ex distracted me, I got to make sure Bel knows I can't speak to him." Destin turned to Bel and shook his head, he had no clue how to talk in telepathly. "... We can't do that... That is never the right way. If you want to accomplish something, you have to stand up to the current and walk against it. Even if it drags you under, you'll make your wake." Serra turned towards the nearest ninja, confused about how they could see/sense her. Lightless was supposed to block all forms of perception off. Serra held Relentless in her hands, letting it speak to her. "Kill! Kill! Kill! Kill them all! Make them all die! Use me to kill them all!" The swords voice sounded like bloodlust in Serra's mind, but she knew better than to fall into this swords trick. "I'll release you, you can fight them." "Yes! Kill! Kill! Kill them all!" Serra released the sword and it floated towards the nearest ninja. The young Hero seemed to appear holding it, or at least it looked like him at first. Black armor soon covered him completely and the creature held onto the sword. "Prepare to die shadows. I'll kill everything!" This Hero look-alike dashed at the nearest ninja trying to strike it, but as the dark knight moved it seemed to leave after images of itself. A demonic aura emmited from it as it prepared to completely destroy everything that made the ninja exist.

They say their making the best MMORPG ever and then they don't make enough copies. I guess I'm just wierd or something because I didn't like it... (Starts to save up for FFXI on PS2, laughing at the people who have to wait 200 hours to log into their game.)

"Heh, way to go Origin." |
Star pushed the button, hoping this time, he'd land on the stair case instead of being thrown into nothingness. Origin would have never found out, having made sure his emmotions were buried within him to stop him from reacting with him, he would never have noticed being tricked, or at least he shouldn't have been. "Origin, your losing it." Origin didn't both looking around for who said the words, he already knew. "How so Dark Pheonix?" A laugh that sounded more like a gloat than amusement replied. "You're being tricked, I thought you were better than that. My god-like form has always had a weakness. To bad I never got to use it. It would have been a lot better than letting this wanna be do it." "First of all, I'm not you anymore, now tell me what you mean." Dark fire began to build up on the floor, leaving a trace of a huminoid figure. "You are focusing to hard, this old evil is trying to capture your power." Origin looked behind him at the now fully formed Dark Pheonix. All Dark Pheonix was, was a glob of dark fire that somehow learned to become aware. It was unbeatable by any method, even seals wouldn't work on this creature. It was all that was left of a once very strong entity and still it could be feared beyond reason. Having no soul or real mind to attack, it was more or less invincible, at least, until Origin seperated from it. "Check your emmotions, your experiencing them again, you have two choices from what I can tell. Let me take over, or quit while your ahead." Origin looked at Dark Pheonix, wanting to destroy it, but he knew he couldn't. "Fine, take over, but if I find out you did something wrong, I'll find a way to get rid of you." Dark Pheonix laughed again as he watched Star push the button. "Thanks Ex, I'm surprised how strong this song is." Destin looked around, he felt a lot better after standing in the bubble for a few seconds. He saw a vortex and held the sword out, he could feel fire rushing from it right towards the vortex. He dashed northward towards the vortex and a (hopefully) new protective bubble. "Oh, I'm not done yet, this has nothing to do with brute force." Relentless laughed as the attack hit the body. Its blood lust seemed to have no end as it kept laughing. "Time to die!" Relentless held the sword up as it glowed brightly. Soon the very ground began to get sucked up into the sword, everything was going into it, the only things left uneffected were Siryx and Serra. Serra got out another sword, Sanctuary. She held it in front of her and it disappeared, a white wisp began to move towards Relentless. As it got closer the wisp began to take a shape of an angle, it was so pure that it looked vastly out of place in this world. It held up its hand and mini explosions began to happen between the two. Light and Darkness beagn to destroy everything around them. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
